Went there at 9 pm.- (They close at 10) immediately the waitress Christie seated us and said hurry up were closing soon,then proceeded to bemeude and rush is,cold soup messup up sons order,redid new plate daughter asked for more sauce she complained about them having to make ot by hand? lol... had eggplant parm w spaghetti not seasoned well sauce tasted sour. Daughters was ok the dip with small bread peices was basically a cheesy grease bowl burnt spinach artixhole dip,breadsticks cold,never asked to refill, and when wr tried to say we werent happy she walked away!wort waitress in the world! Then i go outsiden tell her i am n why she says.ok,to charge phn so i can download a coupon,5 mons later,they locked me out,my kids still in there finishing eating!!!!so i banged at door 3 people looked,management, 2 waitress- christie was 1- looked-didnt answer door- banged again looked away n then at me again! I called kids they told them had told oldest daughter (17) they would pack up food and bring receipt to door for me to sign!we had to go its 15 of 10 now........i called mgr. Again She said Im counting money u will have to wait okay miss- bang!....what!so my son came to door told them to unlock it and did ,we went in and i had a holy fit on manager about everything. She didnt seem to care ,so i loudly complained some more. She comped out the whole disgusting meal finally, and we left.we threw out all food anyways dont ever go here! i will be calling corporate headquarters on this one!!!! Even got a cheecake to go prior to any problems and they smooshed it flat on purpose! Wth!!!

Will never go back to this Olive Garden!! On two separate occasions I called ahead to order the food. I speak to someone, they take my order down and then tell me 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I get there and my order has magically disappeared. They claim to have never received my order. I show them my phone and verify that I called the right location and that I was on the phone for over 2 minutes. Yet, they just shrug their shoulders like they have no idea what happened. If it was just once I would chalk it up to human error. But twice in a 2 month time span is just unacceptable. Olive Garden...if youre reading this, you need to fix your phone ahead order set up!!! Perhaps have the person taking the order enter the information while they are speaking to you. Then, once the order is complete and they submit it, have your system provide an order number (ex...order #27). Give that order confirmation number to the customer. This way it is confirmed that the order has been placed. It cant be that hard!

Usually I like this olive garden however last last few times I went to this location the food wasnt great this time will be my last time going. The server took 8mins to tell us hed be right with us then another 15 before we were able to order. He served us rotten fruit twice two different fruits forgot to get us plates forthe appetizers forgot our drinks, the zucchini was poorly made soggy and half breaded, the ravioli was over cooked no matter how many times we asked him to stop putting stuff in front of our one year old he just wouldnt get it and this experience dragged on not to mention the restaurant itself was pretty empty and we were one out of two of his only tables he had to serve plenty of other servers standing around on their cell phones doing nothing, I gave it 2 stars because some of the food was good but all in all it was an awful experience

I ordered 35 minutes prior to arriving and my food still wasnt ready which was only 2 soups. The staff was miserable and very rude. I asked the host where I can pick up an order i phoned in and he pointed back to the wrong area without saying a word. I sat and waited another 25 to 30 minutes after interrupting the 2 very talkative ladies behind the bar that seen me and ignored me if not i would have been ignored completely. Customer service is horrible here. I shouldnt have given a tip but its in my nature to do so. Never again will i order from here.

We seated and ordered a glass of water and a coke. We left right after. There was a cockroach floating in the top of the glass of water. Not a baby one or so small that the server shouldnt have seen it. It appears to me that it was obviously in the ice. We told the manager as we were leaving what had happened and that we werent going to pay for the coke, which she totally understood. She apologized and offered to make amends but there was nothing that could make up for the gross feeling that we had.

Man what a miserable experience here. Food was super mediocre, bland as paper, and the service was awful. Ill never eat here again. Why would anyone eat here over one of the many local Italian restaurants? Support small folks, because Olive Garden is putting out crap food not equal to the price youre going to pay. The only reason this doesnt get one star is because I didnt get food poisoning.

My mom and I along with my 8 year old son visited this Olive Garden after spending the day at Clementon Park. We found the restaurant on Google Maps and found this place to be one of the nicest OGs weve been in. The portion size was more generous than the OGs in Delaware. We enjoyed our dinner and the waitress was so friendly and on the ball.

I normally like the Olive Garden, but this visit was awful. The kids meals were terrible. The chicken nuggets tasted weird and the fries were cold. I know its just a kids meal, but if they arent happy, either am I. I hate giving bad reviews, but it was a really bad experience.

Food was delicious! But it was chaos in there. Our service was horrible. Took 20-30 min just for drinks & over an hr and a half for food! After server took our order , didnt see her again til we were ready for the check! In between we had 5 different ppl serving us! Not happy!

Just there yesterday , waited 45 minutes for a plate of spaghetti to be served . Finally arrived and the noodles were dry and a deep yellow like they were under a heating lamp for 30 minutes and then there was the curly little hair on the side of my plate.

Good food, Great service! Ask for Jen! She was a terrific waitress! We were a party of 8 with a lot of personality. She was extremely helpful and made out Birthday dinner a success. Food was ok. Sorry was not knocked off my feet.

Wow never had a problem till today new people dont know what they are doing and how the bartender did not know how to make a Washington apple martini and cant take an order of more than one thing at a time I am done with this place
