It has been 8 years since I last visited a Red Lobster. I was tempted many times before but the Endless Shrimp promotion that is currently going on now hooked me in. To start, the décor has not changed at all since I last visited or in my life time that I can recall. This is not necessarily a bad thing but it does look a bit tired. Me and my husband sat at the bar area which was a nice open space. That and quicker seating is always a plus. Waiter greeted us quickly and took our drink orders. I dont remember the name of the cocktail I got but it was very good. As for food, we went straight for the Endless Shrimp and I started off with the hand breaded, the scampi, and the rice pilaf. My husband opted for the teriyaki grilled, shrimp alfredo, and a side of fries. The food was good, nothing memorable though. Now to the down side... our waiter kept forgetting what we ordered, giving my husband the pilaf and me the fries. We continued ordering shrimp and it seemed that the waiter became more and more absent minded. Forgetting my second round of drinks and kept forgetting the different shrimp orders we would get. He didnt seem to have a good memory and maybe he should write down orders when taking them especially when he couldnt get them right before leaving our table. Other than the waiter, the experience was good and Id probably wait another 8 or more years to come back. The crazy butter dipping commercials tempted me in but I wont be fooled so soon again. Not that it was bad, I just seafood differently and Red Lobster is just average.

Went for crabfest. Poor service, very dinky portions. Our waitress didnt bring my wifes drink until just before her food came about a 20 min. delay though she kept ensuring the lemonade was on the way....at least twice... really? A lemonade? She didnt ask if it was a special occasion, as she did for two other tables around us (it was.) We waited a while for the food but when it did come, it wasnt even warm. She took it back to the kitchen and when she brought back crab...it was still not warm! I steam crab at home and have no trouble getting it hot... The plates were steaming hot...but not the crab. My wife ordered an extra side of the 1lb. King crab legs....which might have measured 8 oz. It was paltry. Our crabfest entrees were also about 3/4 the serving shown in the promotion. My 8 year old left hungry after a $30+ entree. Waitress was very brief in closing the table, she seemed uncomfortable, yet through this we were nice...but she was so peppy with the table adjacent. Guess because we were a small table, she didnt need to make our special night seem very special. I am incredibly disappointed. Please avoid this restaurant. Run dont walk.

About 14 days ago I went for a meal with my bf which to me to wasnt the best. First time ever being to Red Lobster. The food had to much seasoning, the room ambience was dead looking and to top it off the charge me the tip in my debit card while i had already paid in cash. Now is a bit more than a week since my complaint and i still have not received my money back. It was deff the worse experience. Managers even said it, it was not the first time it happen. Totally disappointed in this place. To anyone that goes make sure you keep all your receipts, they have this line that supposedly banks charge 15% extra before he transaction is completed which is not true!

My family and I had dinner on Wednesday our waitress was PAM of all the times we been there today was the best. PAM was very attentive she kept checking up on us and kept asking us if everything was okay. The food was very good , it was just the way we like it hot our wait time wasnt bad the best was the desert. Next time we go to red lobster on route 46 in Wayne were going to put in a special requests for PAM. She was so pleasant, friendly, polite and received us with a warm big smile. Thanks PAM sorry we didnt get your last name. But well look for you the next time we decide to go back.

Went to red lobster tonight fir my birthday with my husband n kids 4/13/2017 at 7:30 pm. Waited till 8:15 fir a table of 4. Finally get our booth. Then waited almost an hour for someone to ask us what we wanted to order. But let me mention I had to track down a waitress to take our order. Then my husbands asks. Can they sing happy birthday. To my wife. They said they only do it on weekends. While were eating they sang happy birthday to two other tables. WTF. I wouldnt eat there again if they paid me s million dollars. Service sucks and the lies are worse. I give them a -10 rating

The entree arrived while we were in the middle of our appetizers. They were left on our table with plastic covers. The string beans came and were left uncovered. Once we finished the appetizers those plates were not removed. I had to ask the waiter, who took those plates but left the plastic entree covers. The food was close to $30 per entrée. All of the mixed seafood tasted the same. It must have been sitting in the sauce a long time. I can not recommend this Red Lobster.

So disappointing. The wait was ridiculously long. After being seated waiter took forever to greet us, bring drinks and biscuits came even later. Asked waiter to remove appetizers trays when dinner was served. Nope they remained until after we finished dinner. Daughter didnt like the crab Alfredo-wasted. Overall. Hadnt been in awhile and probably wont return at least not to the rt 46 Wayne location

Was put on hold for 10 minutes so that someone can take my order, eventually hung up and sent the hubby to order there. When he walked in he was sent to the bar area to order, again had to wait till someone noticed him to order. This isnt the first time this has happened and the only reason I keep ordering is for my son. Ive given up.

This red lobster used to be one of the best:( today 2/25/2012 i waited one and a half hour to be seated, 15 minutes for the waitress to get to the table, the bathrooms had tissue all over the floor, the service was less than mediocre, the food was cold... I will never go back there... They need new management...

Our hostess Kay was very pleasant over the phone and in person. Our waiter Ron was absolutely fantastic and served us promptly. I ordered the sailors platter and my date had steak and shrimp. He said its been a long time since he wasnt disappointed with his order. We had an awesome time and will be back again!

Took 30 min to get a seat on a MONDAY. Took 1 hr to get food on a MONDAY. A lady slammed the food on our table rudely. The coconut shrimp has too many coconut flakes. A their homemade biscuits are worse than the package ones THEY sell to Ruby Tuesday. Smhh. Id recommend Bone Fish Grill over this place any day.
