Worst. Drive-thru. EVER. One time I sat in a line that didnt move for over 30 minutes and finally drove away. Another time I waited another 30 minutes before even getting up to the speaker and had to ask if anyone was even going to take my order, there was just silence on the speaker, and then she just told me to "wait a second"... no apologies about the wait or anything -- and then I drove away after sitting behind someone at the window for another 10 minutes, as the line STILL didnt move. I understand now why business has dropped considerably since they opened -- slow, and very poor, customer service! Ive taken them off my list of places to eat. And, as people have complained below, they typically didnt get my order right even when I did get food there, or the food was undercooked or so overcooked it was dried out.

Okay,, I know its a fast food joint..I just wanted A vanilla cone,I ordered it through the drive thru. To my surprise the girl behind the MIKE was so rude.She said NO WE DONT HAVE CONES,SO I SAID CAN I HAVE IT IN A CUP. SHE REPEATS HERSELF.. SO I REPEAT MYSELF..I WAS SO UPSET AT THIS POINT I DIDNT EVEN WANT IT..So she gives me my ice cream that I didnt even want anymore because of her lousy attitude. I proceed to tell her she needed to learn how to speak to to customers..okay now Im so not use to this but can you believe that she actually told me to go _ _ck myself..I jumped out of my car and went right up to the DO NOT ENTER door to speak to a manager..The end result she was fired that night...But I didnt realize I was in the HOOD..wow HOW GHETTO CAN YOU BE..

Horrible service. They dont even deserve 1 star. I ordered a number 3 which I paid for and received a number 1 with bacon. They delivered all the food except for my burger which I had to remind them I ordered. I then waited about 15-20 mins to receive it. The burger was cold and dry. Which I took 2-3 bites and threw out. I DO NOT recommend this place. I rather drive the 20-30 minutes extra to the sonic in North Bergen, NJ as they never get my order wrong!

I dont go to Sonic often, and this was my first time at this location. My friend and I had an amazing experience later last night. While the food wasnt spectacular, our service was quite amazing. I had a few problems using some discounts and freebies from the app, and the manager came out and a helped sort everything out. Not only that, the "servers" were friendly and they served us with smiles on their faces.

this place is horrible, Ive been here twice and my order is always wrong here.. The first time I ordered a double cheese burger with fries and got a single with tots, today I ordered 3 blasters, one was wrong. I asked for more ketchup and I was told I was already given it. Terrible service every time... Go to a non-chain place and get better service and better ingredients.

First time coming here and fell in love with the place. The menu is a bit overwhelming but who ever complained about that when it involves delicious food! Prices are reasonable, milkshakes are on the thick side and the wait time is about 5 to 10 min. Everything is delivered hot and ready to eat. Great place for the family or couples to come and chill.

terrible. It took them 15 minutes to answer on the service button and when they did they kept asking us to repeat ourselves multiple times. then we waited a half hour for our food and they got the order wrong. Waited another 20 minutes to get the correct order and the food was bad. Also, there was only about 3 other cars there. Will not be coming back

I can say confidentially that this is the single WORST drive through I have ever personally experienced. It is pretty near my house so Ive been there a number of times and I can say it consistently takes 10-15 minutes to get through the drive through and get my food. for some perspective I wrote this entire review while waiting in said drive through

Omgosh I got on the drive thru line order food drove up and my debit card declined to my surprise I pull up and to call my bank to find out they issued a new chip debit card and because I never activated it they cancel my current card I was so upset. However sonic gave me the food for free how nice of them truly made my night thanks Sonic !!!

Ive never really had an issue here. Staff is always nice, food has always been good. Wings are real tasty. Sometimes the wait is a little long and they dont seem to know how or be able to split an order between cash and card, but generally always a positive outcome. If youre not always in a rush, you really cant lose in my opinion.

The drive thru wait is ridiculous approximately 20 minutes.... but when I got up to the window they had a bunch of people working. And employees hanging out by the dumpsters. They got the order right on the receipt but gave me it all wrong. But didnt realize until I was home and no one was happy. Dont think I will ever go back

I ordered the Jr. Double cheeseburgers they were outrageously overcooked they came out like shribbled hockey pucks. On top it was brought out cold so the cheese layer there ice cold. I was so disappointed in my food and I couldnt believe it! Why 2 stars you might ask the milkshake was fantastic!

Great food for the prices. Get the alerts for their 50 cent corn dog days and such. The wait at the drive-thru can be long though. Sitting in a stall in your car can be great for those that cant decide as you push the button for service ONLY when you are ready. I like that no pressure setup.

Food was good, but they messed up an easy order. We ordered one bacon cheeseburger with no tomato and one bacon cheeseburger with no mayo. (The order was taken correctly) We recieved one bacon cheeseburger with no mayo, no tomato and one bacon cheeseburger with both mayo and tomato.

If im going to a place like sonic, i dont want to sit there for three years. This sonic is ridiculously slow. The staff cant get orders write either. Milkshakes seem to take about 35 minutes to make. I could have gone to the grocery store, made my own in that time.
