I placed a call at 5:09 pm to order a large pie for pickup. I told the gentleman on the phone I would be there in 15 minutes to pick it up. He said it would be ready when I arrived. I arrived at 5:31 pm. I see the man making a pizza which looked like it had the same ingredients I ordered. He then placed it in the oven. I asked if that was my pizza. He said no then answered a telephone call. Another gentleman opened the ovens to see if anything was ready to be taken out. What do I see? Some garlic knots and a lone pizza. The man who made my pie was still on the phone. I ask the other gentleman if that was my pie that was just put into the over. The man on the phone hears me and says - no. your pie has been in the over cooking. I said open the oven because I want to see the pie to verify it is not mine. Then the man who made my pie said my pie has been in the over a 2-3 minutes. I tell them I no longer want the pizza. I said I had ordered it 20 minutes before and expected the pie to be ready - or at least all most ready when I arrived. The man who made my pizza then told me I had not called 20 minutes before. I actually had to show him my phone which recorded the time of the call. This establishment obviously does not care about keeping its customers satisfied.

I was not happy at all with Two Brothers. I ordered pizza, burgers, fries, and buffalo wings for delivery for a crowd. From the time I placed my order, it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get the food to me. The burgers were overcooked and tasteless. They reminded me of HS cafeteria burgers. The fries were cold, limp and soggy. The wings themselves were cooked well - good quality chicken, plenty of meat, and fried crispy, but there were only a few drops of buffalo sauce at the bottom of the container. Im sorry I deviated from my usual place - Palermos, and Ill never order from Two Brothers again.

Delivery time on GrubHub said 40 minutes. Took nearly an hour and a half. When the driver finally showed up, he said they ran out of 2 liters of Coke and could only give me either iced tea or ginger ale. Wouldve been nice if they had called before showing up to offer a refund. Pizza was pretty good, that was the only redeeming factor.

My parents and grandma are nigerians Old school Nigerians and they are used to eating our traditional dishes But the first time I brought pizza home from this establishment...the game was over! Love love love their pizza. You will too!

For what appears at first to be a small strip mall pizza joint, the quality of the food is superb, the wait for a fresh pizza or food is swift and the staff are the friendliest I have encountered. You will return again and again.
