I ate here once before and it was great. Good service and food. Cook had her gloves on the entire time she prepared my food. Today I was served by a young man with no gloves, dirty finger nails and warts on his left hand. He grabbed my turkey with his bare hands and continually pressed it down WITH HIS HAND on to the grill. Grabbed the cheese with his bare hand and grabbed the bagel with his bare hands. Then finally handled my money with the same hands. I paid for the sandwich and threw it in the garbage. I dont mind paying almost $8 for a sandwich, but I at least expect to be clean.

Bagels are good but they make up their own prices as they go. I bought 30 bagels, 2lb cream cheese and half pound of butter and they Charged me nearly $60. I was in a rush to get to a meeting I so couldnt question it. When I went back they tried to explain that since they are on a highway they charge more and then made up prices to make it work. Tried to say it was $8 for a half pound butter. Just ridiculous. They have good bagels so getting a normal sandwich shouldnt be an issue but go somewhere else if your looking for buying for a meeting or party.

Came here on a Sunday morning(5/8) and loved their surprise menu, in addition to the common menu. Bagels/Flagels are amazing. French toast Muffin- melts in your mouth!! Croissant sandwich with breakfast meats-perfectly flaky. We might make this place a Sunday tradition. Location- its a tough location they have- to get of the main road immediately after an underpass, but well worth the visit.

This place is very modern inside and very well decorated. When I walked inside I felt like they were rushing me to take my order, when I barely had time to see the menu. They had a large fridge for the drinks but not much selection. I ordered an everything bagel with Taylor ham egg and cheese. Barely any Taylor ham and the smallest egg in the world. Wouldnt come here again.

Was standing waiting to get order taken for about ten minutes. Only customer in the store. None of the three staff in front of me asked if I wanted to order. They stand around having a good time chatting all day. They forget half the orders alot of the time. They suck overall and I would never go there again.

My every morning breakfast is a western omelette with turkey bacon and monster cheese absolutely amazing. The fact that is open so early is a big plus since i have to be at work at 5am, most of the time when i get there they are baking, it smells so damn good. Def my everyday go to breakfast joint !!!!

Never been here before and probably not going back. I ordered a Taylor ham and cheese on a bagel and a coffee. $7.50. The Taylor ham should have chip added to it because I received 5 pieces that was so thin after being cooked it would be as crispy as a chip. Maybe they should call it Taylor Bacon.

I am not the review type but i just had an excellent bagel at SAM I AM Bagels. There was something different about it. The owner informed me that all the ingredients are all natural and honey is used i believe in place of sugar. Going back to try some of their baked goods.

I ordered a deluxe bacon cheeseburger with no tomato(specified 3 times). I got home and unwrapped the burger to find a cheeseburger with tomato and no bacon. To make matters worse the fries were soggy, barely cooked and unsalted. How do you destroy such a simple meal?

Great bagels, worth going to. Opens early and closes later than other bagel places. Very clean and new looking place. 4 star because some of service/staff is just okay, others are nice. (Wish it was open 24/7!)
