Pizza Bistro in Sparta serves a decent specialty slice. There is a small parking lot on the side of this pizzeria that is shared with one or two other businesses. There is seating inside and it can be a little tight at times, but there is also a tremendous selection of specialty slices available to the consumer. Personally, it was hard to decide what to try with so many good looking slices, but I ended up going with the Chicken Francaise slice as my wildcard. The plain slice was pretty run of the mill. Good enough cheese and sauce with a nice crispy bottom and a relatively thin and crispy crust. The Chicken Francaise slice was tremendous. The chicken was flavorful and the cheese/sauce that was included in addition the mozzarella cheese was such a great pair to the rest of the slice. If I lived in Sparta, I would quickly become a regular and cycle through the different specialty slices until I found the holy grail.

This is our favorite place for pizza in Sparta. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is amazing! My kids always ask to get their pizza here. Weve tried every pizzaria in Sparta and we always find ourselves coming back. We went in one night when it wasnt very busy and they let my daughter get behind the counter and taught her how to roll the dough and make a pizza while we were waiting. Always very friendly, could not ask for a better place.

It took over two hours for our pizza to arrive. We called after an hour and a half, and the woman on the phone acted like it was unreasonable for us to be calling. "It is on the way" she said, but then later said it had just come out of the oven. When it finally did arrive it was cold and damaged.

Pizza Bistro is one of the few restaurants in Sparta that continues to serve consistently high quality creative dishes. Tim Harder and his staff are very accommodating and always offers something unique besides the standard Italian fare. Always exceeds my expectations in quality and service.

This is a great place with great food..everything I have tried is special and fantastic! I am a picky eater and I love this place..it might be a wait...but well worth it..I wont order from anywhere else...soup the best..soup man of Sparta...! Glad I found pizza bistro..

Pizza is usually good even when its bad....Now I know thats not true. Pizza just wasnt good. Greasy and the cheese was blandWings were soggy and dumped in a shallow pool of sauce. The garlic bread was fine but salty. Sticking to Franks and Anthony Francos.

Ordered a grandma pie from this place which is only a few minutes away. By the time the pizza arrived it was cold and soggy. Horrible experience, I will never order from them again.
