I used to order from them all the time, and had no issues. Just recently, a few weeks ago I ordered about 6 pizzas from them for my daughters birthday party in advanced and whoever I spoke too got the time wrong and they had my order ready for pick up an hour earlier. So I asked if I could get another 6 pizzas hot because A. My guests werent even at my house yet and B. they were sitting there for 45 mins and were cold. When my husband went to pick up the pizzas they said that they wanted to know who was gonna pay the 80 dollars for the 6 pizzas we werent taking. My husband told them he not paying 80 dollars for cold pizzas, especially since the mix up wasnt done on our end. Now Today, my husband decided to order food at 7:02 for delivery. We waited almost an hour to call them and ask where the food was. Whoever spoke to my husband said we are really busy should be there soon. Ok give them the benefit of the doubt, then my husband calls back and says nevermind Ill just come pick it up. What do you know the driver is sitting there eating and taking his sweet time.

On May 9th I hosted a seminar for local business owners at this restaurant. My visitors, and self were treated very well. Accommodations and great service from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. The manager Tamara was awesome!! Our event was during the dinner rush and the crew that attended to us was superb. I was recommended by the manager to get the popular Brooklyn style pizza. She even said that she would have a back up order ready in the event guests wanted more. I also order appetizers for the guests -- and the staff was kind enough to make up 10 pre-setup plates so no one had to dig in to a buffet style. I really really appreciated the service and attentiveness. The food was great. The place is beautiful. The servings are generous and the Beer & Wine availability was perfect. I hope to be back soon and to the Don Giovanni staff on May 9th many thanks!

Ordered deliver from here a few months ago, and I didnt enjoy my experience so I never gave it a 2nd glance - delivery took way too long, and because of this the food was cold and not great. However, I recently dined in, and the experience while IN the establishment is much better. Since my 1st dine in experience, Ive visited multiple times, and have had great food each time. Ive had their pepperoni roll and also tried some slices. Their pizza is nice and thin. Have been impressed with all of it. Service is good. Food came out right away, but after that the waitress took a while to check back on us. We ran out of our drinks, and ended up needing to remind the her, but she was very apologetic about it.

I will never order from this place again. I ordered from this place 2 to 3 times a week and not once could they get our order right. We are not the type of people to complain but we finally asked to speak to a manager who said he was going to give us a coupon for next time when they brought back the rest of the order and he didnt even put the coupon in the order. Ive heard from several people the owner was cheap but being that this restaurant was so close to our house we still continued to order. How do you mess up our delivery orders EVERY time? The food was okay but very inconsistent. The service is the worst I have ever experienced.

The large pizza (16") is $13. It looked, smelled, and tasted like Ellios pizza from the freezer at Shoprite. Ive worked in pizza shops and honestly have a discerning pallet for it. Just like Ellios, the pizza is no cheese and all sauce, looking way more red then it should. If the sauce was good, that might save the situation a tad but unfortunately it tastes like marinara out of a jar. Super disappointed but honestly not surprised as this location has gone through probably three owners since it opened brand new a year or so ago. Never again. Stay away.

Delicious meal. My husband and I along with another couple just ate there tonight. We shared an antipasti, wonderful fresh. Plentiful. I had one of the specials,Veal Rollitini with a little pasta and mushrooms, my husband had the Pork Chops special. Both meals excellent. Havent gone there since it originally opened years ago. But we will be going there regularly now. The Chef did a great job. ,and our waitress was very attentive.

Wow, is the word that wraps it up. Good service! Chuck was pleasant and very attentive. The Chicken Noodle soup was delicious and the salad was enough for three!! My husband stated the the Philly Steak Sandwich was the best he has ever had! The portions of food for the money were big. We will definitely go there again and recommend it to everyone!!

Absolutely loved this place, the people and the good. We were all vegetarians and werent even sure what to order. Got some help, ordered veegie dishes and they came out so good. I have to say, that Egg Perm was the best I have ever had. The hot sub was great too. We will definitely be back and will also bring more friends.

Service was very slow. We had to go to the bar to ask for our check. Took about 30-40 minutes to get our food and not to metion they never came to check on us after we got our food. I wouldnt say dont come here but I would say next time we are going to do take out. Very polite people but service was just too long.

I order from here frequently for delivery. Each time I can only hope the order is right. Everytime I order from here they find a way to get our order incorrect. Whether its the wrong meal or forgetting something on the side. Very frustrating we will be looking for a different Italian restaurant to order from.

Overpriced,5$ for toppings(peppers and onions) that i never got on the thinnest pizza I ever had,the pizza wasnt even that good ordered a plain pizza ,a peppers & onions pizza and a sausage roll that they screwed and gave me a chicken roll (tiniest ever),the bill was 50$ big ripoff.

I can understand if the order takes a while to get to me, with traffic and whatever the driver may encounter on the road, but it it did feel like it took to long just to go down the street. And paying almost $3 for a cup a soda is ridiculous 2-liters cost less than that.

Food is good and service used to be but they seem to have changed the wait staff recently. Service has been slow and several items have been forgotten. Seems like theyre understaffed.

The pizza has no taste..the crust was good...and they skimp on toppings...when i make pizza i use lots of toppings and extra grated locatelli cheese....this just lacked flavor....

We did take out here. Service was quick but very short staffed. The same person was taking orders, waiting tables and bartending. Food was ok but not great.
