I was a regular customer for over three years, and I asked for help with a special order I needed and they told me too bad. I explained that I was a regular customer and they said so what!!! So what -- I was very disapointed with them for that stance!! I told the lady I would no longer order from them, and her response was to hang up the phone..I will never order from them again!!!
