I wish I didnt have to give a star in order to leave a review. This was hands down the worst experience Ive had. I am a marketing and internet sales coordinator and promise I will be making my experience known to the masses. I send an average of 60,000 emails a day and this afternoon they will include my complaints today. I placed an order for my team today something as a thank you for a great month. I recieved notification the delivery would arrive at 1:10, they rolled in at 1:46. Everything was soggy and cold. To be a sport one of my team memebers sucked it up and tried to eat anyway only to find slimy brown peices of what may have once been lettuce. She literally threw up in the waste basket. The sauce which I thought was ckick u brand came in a plain clear plastic to go container. Umm what happened to the brand packaging? We ordered 3 fountain drinks they sent cans amd they were not the drinks ordered. The french fries were cold and I suppose 12 "spuds" are the normal amount in a side order. The chicken bites looked like the generic nuggtes my son gets in his school lunches and the cheese sauce well lets just say Id rather lick an ironworkers foot. I called to speak with a manager and was told there is no manager, they would not come tale the food, I will not be getting a refund and than proceeded to hang up on me. I have only done one other complaint post in my life because I hate being that person but these people are beyond rude and are completely dysfunctional. They should be shut down and yes my next call will be to the health department.

They always forget at least one thing and refuse to come back and complete the delivery order. Aside from that, the quality of this Cluck U compared to others I have been to is horrible. This is the worst Cluck U in NJ without question. Some people are posting reviews saying they dont understand what all the negativity is about. Cluck U is a great place. When the food is done right it really is great, but the staff at this particular Cluck is horrible and there is a pretty good chance they wont prepare whatever you are getting up to that Cluck U standard. I get a distinct impression that they arent fully washing out their cook ware before using it, because there is a hint of dish water in everything they make. The store smells like bad cleaning product, and their food does to. Whatever they are cleaning the place with is making it into the food. This is the only Cluck U I have ever noticed this smell in. They are only in business because they are the only Cluck around Randolph. Im about to start heading into Morristown, the original location, for my Cluck U needs. I frankly dont trust these people to handle food.

Ordered a meal through grubhub while staying at the Morristown Hyatt for Dreamation 2016. Food was late, so I called the store and asked for an update and was told it hadnt been started yet, ten minutes past the Grubhub delivery estimate. I was told to wait half an hour. An hour later I called again, and they told me it was out for delivery. Twenty minutes past that, I called Grubhub customer support, they called the store and found out that the store hadnt bothered to start yet and were waiting on a few more orders before making anything on an order that was for four people already. Unprofessional conduct to the extreme. Additionally, as an addendum, this Cluck U Location has an obfuscated $10+ delivery fee hidden behind a $0.00+ delivery fee on top of a $20 minimum order value. I will be informing the con organizers of this behavior as well as all the congoers I know so that our four times a year surge of business goes to eateries that deserve our business.

Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed. We ordered online at 6:27pm the food didnt come until 8:30pm. When it finally came it was cold so when we called to let them know to try and get our money back or exchange the food for a new order the employee had an attitude and made up an excuse about having to call his manager and to call him back in five minutes. When I called back they said they were going to make it again that we can pick up. I send my wife and the food is not done mind you its now 9:30pm and he gave her a hassle and acted like he was unaware of the situation. She finally got home at 10:05 with the food and it was still not the right order. I dont reccomend you go there the staff are all unprofessional and just dont give a damn. All the manager did was make excuses stating that the drivers are usually on time which was BS because I used to order there all the time and it always takes over an hour. Never again will I order from there!

Absolutely horrible service. The kids who supposedly work there were incredibly rude. When attempting to order fries I was told that they dont have any...which I find odd. There were no bottled drinks in the fridge you could one get a 1 sized fountain drink. When we went to pay one of the kids behind the counter kept making statements about how huge our wallets are and asked how he could fill his wallet like we did. The place is a complete mess. There was garbage all over the floor. The logos on the floor mats had turned black from years of foot traffic. There was toilet paper and paper towels all over the bathroom and someone graciously left their diarrhea in the toilet. While we ate the staff stayed plastered to their cell phones and spun around on their wheelie chairs in the middle of the eating area. This place used to be awesome. Its disheartening to see how far down the tubes its gone.

Been eating cluck u for a few years already and I dont know what these complaints are about. First and foremost the employees are extremely helpful which to me is very important because having two kids can be a bit of a pain. Food quality was outstanding, nice and hot... Not a big fan of the blue cheese but overall all the quality of the food was great... That same night I placed a delivery order from these guys of Randolph and needless to say the delivery took about 50 minutes which is pretty decent considering that this is really not fast food....thank you guys

Tonight ruined Cluck-U for me. I just picked up my order of mini-bites with blue cheese. First of all the staff was very rude. They kept talking and were disrespectful. I drive home nearly 30 minutes and open the food. The mini bites barely had any sauce and they were super dry. Then the "blue cheese" was definitely not blue cheese. It was similar to mayonnaise. It was disgusting. You guys are going downhill. Please fix this. Im not coming back until you do. Re-train your staff and teach them how to make the food properly.

Food taste great especially wingers on the bone with traditional, I recommend the cheeseburgers with bacon, best burger I ever tried and you can also double it on the beef for a little extra but its worth it ! (double cheese burger) and delivery is good the driver is very polite and nice he never complains when one doesnt give him tip if in case you are short on money on some ocasions
