After nearly 3 weeks with no response to the feedback I left on the BWW corporate website - despite the promise of a guest relations rep responding to me in a timely manor - Im putting what I wrote there here for others to see. Evidently corporate is as poorly managed as my local store. ~~ In a recent take-out order I purchased 3 meals of wings.. two 6-piece & one 12-piece - specifying to the person on the phone that each order needs its own portion of vegetables and dipping sauce. Once we arrived home with the order and opened it we found that we had been given only 1 small portion of vegetables (3 tiny sticks of celery and only 1 stick of carrot) and only one of the three requested dipping sauces. So rather than sitting down to enjoy our meal we had to first go to the refrigerator and prepare vegetables ourselves to accompany the meal. Luckily we had both carrots and celery - if there hadnt been then it wouldve been a truly lame BWW meal. This is far less than satisfactory - and rather disappointing. If the store were closer to home I would have simply returned the entire meal and requested a refund.. however the family was hungry so I resisted the urge to return to the store and express my feelings directly to the stores management. I hope that this feedback is followed-up on so that improvements are made - if we experience another such situation it is unlikely that well be back. :(

I always thought b-dubz was overhyped... The food isnt great at all, and I think that people generally just come for the atmosphere and to meet-up for sports games. This time, I got the Nachos and fried pickles appetizers at half-apps. Nachos were alright... The cheese tasted cheap and tasted like the nacho cheese you get at football games. The fried pickles were really weird, they had a really sour taste as if the pickles were left way too long in a super sour brine before being fried. They do give you good sauces to dip the pickles in though. The waiter took really long to give us our menu; we had to ask for the menu. I understand that this was like 1 am in the morning, but they didnt close until another hour or so. After we ordered, the food took really long to get to us as well. Note: Ive had the wings before, and I didnt like them either. I do recommend trying all the sauces, but I felt most of them were too tangy or too bland. Thats why I got nachos and fried pickles this time.

The wings are 5 star but the take out service is way too slow. Why even give an option to select a pick up time that your unable to achieve. When I placed my order I had selected 7pm but since I was afraid I wouldnt be able to make it by then I changed it to 720 I arrived early at 710 but my order wasnt ready until 755. I understand it takes time to prepare orders but why would I even have 7pm as an option of they werent able to have the order ready until 55 minutes later and 35 minutes later than I had scheduled. From the time the order was placed to when it was complete took a total of over an hour. People who came in after I arrived were seated and had food at their table before I had my order fulfilled. The manager tried to make it right by offering some discounts but my expectations of them was much higher. Unacceptable.

All the colleagues 10 or more combined we order weekly. And understanding that being large takeout order something could be missed, but they kept messing up a lot of the orders either someone got wrong order, they didnt give additional seasoning, sauce dressing,etc. or one or two did not get their order at all. Even after having stated that additonal cost for an extra sauce on side wouldnt be an issue. And the a pick up order was paid with tips since its a large order. After having spoken with the restaurant manager the service has improved a lot for takeout orders. A lot less misshaps then before. Shows they are trying to improve and consider their customers first. By the way the food is excellent.

If i could leave a no star review i would. The waitress that we had managed to mess up every single order after paying almost no attention to us i think we saw her twice. She was fequently disappearing for no apparent reason. Then at the end of the meal i accidentally left my card at the table and i called the restaurant maybe fifteen minutes later about it while i was retracing my steps and going through my purse. They said they had not seen it but would look. It took me going to the restaurant for them to ask my waitress who it turns out had pocketed my card but gave it to them when they asked and i was standing there. Needless to say i would not go to this place again.

I work across the parking lot and when they opened, I thought I would try it. Big disappointment, The portions they serve are for an 8 year old child!! The price for the food was way off!! As for the place being loud, its a kids sports bar! Its to be expected. I went about 2-3 times, I did like the pulled pork sandwiches, but like I said, the portions are WAY too small for an adult!! I do miss the Lone Star that was there, much better food quality, and a way better value!! Im actually quite shocked this new place has lasted soo long!! But than again, its a "bridgewater" type of place, overpriced loud and generally not worth time or another visit!!

Love the food. Literally anything on the menu is good. However, in the 6 or so years Ive come to this location I can count on one hand the number of times I received good service. Incorrect orders, slow service, wait staff dissappearing for 30-45 minutes, waiting half an hour for a glass of water only to find out that my waitress has left for the night, waiting half an hour to get a check, and so on. The icing on the cake is now waiting an hour for one take out order. An hour. For take out. There were three tables seated in the dining area. Im not sure the food can make up for the terrible service at this point.

Had a great night here watching soccer and UFC 214. I ordered nachos and the traditional + boneless wings combo, and while the nachos were great and awesome value for money I didnt feel the wings offered good value for money. Although they were pretty good, there wasnt enough food to justify the cost. The screens all showed what we were there to see and we got a speaker for the table to hear our choice of screen before they played the sound in the restaurant. Our waitress was okay, but many times wouldnt check on us for around an hour which left is looking around for her a lot.

Called bright and early this morning. Was greeted by Matt. He took my order reviewed it. Told me it would be ready in 15 min. I came in picked it up and went back to the hotel. We opened the food and there was a mix up. I called back up and Matt answered, I told him my issue. He reviewed, and assured me it was a mix up. He told me to hold onto the wings I had and come get my new ones and apologized. I came back and walked in was greeted by Matt. He shook my hand and apologized again. Handed me my food and that was it. Simple and easy. Great customer service.
