Use to be one of my favorite sandwich shops in town until I had the following 2 customer experiences there. First, my sandwich was accidentally given to another customer who left the store and shortly came back to return it. Instead of providing a new sandwich they turn around and hand me the same one this other customer had which was open. I had to throw it away and go eat at McDonalds across the street. Second, after a few months I decide to try it again, I did love their sandwiches, however they falsely advertised $1.99 taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwiches and charged me full price. When I asked they told me they have several taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwiches and I had to specifically ask for the special. Guess I have to find another sandwich shop and wont be recommending this anymore. Unsatisfied Customer Experiences.

Oh Man! I just got a Philly Cheese Steak from this Sub Shop and man is it great tasting. Small Mom and Pop kind of place but they are usually the best because they take pride in their business. i would reccomend this place to anyone. The staff at the front counter was very nice to me. i will be back there again.

Excellent cheese steaks and salads. Owner Bob and his wife are very personable. Anyone driving by or stopping at McDonalds on 46 West in Fairfield should think about R&R instead. I would give more stars if alotted. So sorry I didnt find this hidden gem earlier in my travels.
