Went in to this location for the first time during lunch and was disappointed to find a messy store with two baristas actually arguing with each other, quite loudly, while preparing beverages. In addition to being uncomfortable we had a much longer than anticipated wait for a couple of cold brew drinks. Understandable that things get a bit hectic during the rushes however the cold brew dissappointed as well as it was bitter and tasted off so we wound up not even drinking it when we got back to work. We love Starbucks so well probably give this shop another try but well make sure to avoid the lunch time crunch and hope for a better experience all around.

This location has Great staff and good coffee. As far as ambience goes, it has 2 leather chairs, a leather couch, a medium sized table for groups, a row of low tables with chairs and bench seating against the side wall and a row of high tables running down the center. The bar is of wood and the flooring has a wood pattern. The only downside to this location stems from its relative popularity: at busier hours there can be a wait and the it may be hard to find a table or chair compared to other nearby locations.

One word, HORRIBLE! I used to stop everyday, sometimes twice a day. My drinks were never made the same way, the service is super slow to the amount of people that stops at this specific Starbucks. I started ordering ahead to try to skip the line but there was always an excuse why my drink wasnt ready and when it was ready it was always missing something. I drive an extra mile to Madison, get out of my car but I dont go back to this place! Getting coffee was making me frustrated before I even got to my work place!

Got into the drive through line this morning at 8:50am. I knew there would be a line so I went 20 minutes early thinking that would be plenty of time. It was not. I waited for 20 minutes and had only moved up 3 car lengths it would have been 2 car lengths but the guy in front of me left. Then the person behind me left. At 9:12 I left. If you go inside it isnt much faster. Perhaps they are short staffed? If you dont have an appt and not in a hurry then you are fine to go here, otherwise find another Starbucks.

I made an order online using the Starbucks Android App. The items were correct and ready when I arrived. It was also very easy to find as I was traveling and unfamiliar with the area.
