soooooo a while back I went to this Starbucks for my usual coffee run ....a tall Pike with a venti ice water for the road. I was really in a rush that day since I had a long drive ahead of me. I usually do away with letting my car run as I like to save on gas, however for a faster hop-on hop-off execution this time I let my baby run outside as I got my daily fix. Took my drink, dressed it and poof!! I was back in the car and off to the gas station. Once there I shut the engine off and quickly realized I didnt have my key with me ( I have those cars that does not require the key to start its sound really cool until something like this happens)...So here I am ...car, coffee, water, a full tank, with no key. After a quick tracing back my steps I call my last location; which happens to be, you guessed right ...!!!Starbucks! After being greeted nicely by Derrika over the phone I asked her for the ultimate employee of the moth, USA Today newsworthy favor, and guess what she agreed to it -YES she agreed to bring me my car key, and even though it was literally less than 2 miles away it not only save my day, but made my day, and was one of most generous thing someone has done for me in a while. So next time you get a drink there say kudos to Derrika shes a true champ, a real genuinely kind person - I asked what could I do for her in return to be simply left baffled with her kind response ...truly amazing. In my book Derricka is the ultimate employee of the year, and positioned for a mega raise, and most certainly to receive major favor in her life. Thank you so much Derrika stay awesome!!!!!! You give all of us hope that theres still an abundance of good in this world.

This SB location is a no-go!!!! Yes, its Starbucks and I <3 the coffee. However, the staff here are very rude. On 4 separate occasions, they took my order, and forgot to fill it! I understand it can be busy, but how its handled is the problem. Once, when I asked where my drink was, had the audacity to ask me if I knew that I had to place an order! I have a SB card that I recharge every month, and the girl threw it out w/o asking - I told her that I wanted to keep it bc it was scheduled to be recharged; her response -> "Oh you dont look like our typical customer that would do that." Mind you that I am a a professional that probably drinks their salary in coffee. Absolutely ridiculous for the money this place charges in coffee, you think they would invest in better training their personnel.

Everytime I come here something in my order gets messed up. Order online? The machine ends up breaking and Im waiting half an hour for my grande coffee. Everytime I order in store the wait is 15+ minutes. The baristas have messed up BOTH food orders and forgotten to put in my drink order. Today there were only 3 customers and not that many phone orders, and the barista still forgot my drink, I was compensated with a card for free drink, but I would not recommend getting it from this location. I get better service from the Starbucks in the Target in Hadley mall.

Its a Starbucks! How do you rate a Starbucks? Say what you wish about the brand, their ever ages, their pricing ... but, ya gotta admit ... they are CONSISTENT, probably more so than any other competing chain. You simply dont see the service variations you see elsewhere. In that vein, its a Starbucks! The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Its clean, neat, and well managed. The hot stuff is hot, and the cold stuff is cold!

The employees at this location were very un engaged and lack of customer service skills I ordered a smoothie and asked if they knew how many calories it had, their answer was flat out "I dont know" I asked if they could find out and they said I dont know "A LOT I guess, look it up online" thats was rude especially when youre paying almost 5 dollars for a small sized smoothie. Im never going back to that place again!

The slowest most unorganized Starbucks Ive ever been to. Average wait times are ridiculous, I dont know why this location consistently is a crap show youll be waiting forever for your drinks. Go to the target right near there for no lines and Baristas who actually got it together. Sorry guys its been like this for a while.

Kinda pricey (as with any starbux), but good drinks if youre into coffee and teas. Gets crowded sometimes if youre trying to study there ~ I wouldnt recommend for studying unless its at a off-peak time.
