On May 5,2015 I took my son to this restaurant to have lunch and my son ordered a cheeseburger and I had the pulled pork sandwich. My son hamburger was dripping buckets of greasy fat every time he picked it up! I brought this issue to our waitress who was also the bartender and she said oh its just the juices of the burger and my pulled pork had only fat of the pork soaked in tons of barbecue sauce with 12 pickles. The fries are gross! Then this lady who sat next to us was on her cell phone having a 20 min conversation and our waitress had a hard time talking to us because the loud cell phone conversation this lady was having on her cell phone. The waitress/bartender never asked her to quite her phone conversation or take it outside. We paid for our bill and 45 mins later my son was throwing up so bad because of the burger not being drained! My son never throws up! I was feeling sick after eatting the food and I even left the left overs on the tabel. I called the manager up and told her what happened and she said please come back and have a free meal on them which we did and we had to pay for the so called free meal that they said they where gonna cover for us !! Disgusting! Stay away from this restaurant! Never again!

I was outside of ruby tuesdays today in Phillipsburgh nj 08865 04/15/17 around 12:30 my car completely had a radiator blow out, which is not my or anyone else fault but it couldnt have been predicted either. The manager had a worker come out and tell us to clean the fluid from the ground cause theyll get fined. The manager didnt have the respect to come out and help or ask if we were okay but to clean the mess we didnt purposely do. I eat here often and Im disgusted and feel disrespected. I had an infant in the car and a child I didnt think cleaning the fluid was the concern at that time since my car had smoke pouring out of the engine the car wasnt driveable or even safe but they wanted us to go get kitty litter to put down, having two children in the car I felt like driving to the store was dangerous to just cover a spill I didnt purposely cause. This was a disgusting display and shows no regard for others. I did clean the spill with oatmeal I had for my son in his diaper bag. I think that manager needs to be replaced that didnt help a women and her children and was more concerned with money then someones wellness.

We went here Sunday morning for the new "Brunch". We had a BOGO coupon. First of all the brunch menu is very sparse--maybe 30 items at most. Also I dont know why they just dont call it breakfast instead as they were no lunch type items on the menu --unless you wanted to add the salad bar for 99 cents---salad with breakfast food?---I dont think so. I ordered a Western Omelet (11.99) and my wife had a chicken/egg/avacado quesadilla(10.99). It was by far the worst omelet I ever had in my life--the egg portion was like cardboard. The quesadilla wasnt much better. Coffee & tea were EXTRA to the tune of $2.39 apiece! They figured out the bill in some cryptic way:rather than just give us the 10.99 off the took some off each entree. Our bill was still $19.00!! Did I mention that the waiter came back and asked us what we had ordered THREE TIMES? Dont even consider it.

I keep going back hoping I will have a better experience but me and my husband tried again on Saturday night around 630pm. There was a 15 minute wait so no big deal we just told them we would wait at the bar and get a few drinks. then after 30 minutes I noticed that people were being seated as they walked in. I asked the hostest and yep got skipped! UGH! So aggravating. Then they brought us chips and salsa to say sorry but in my opinion if you are going to give a free app you should let us pick. We were going to order something else and then didnt get what we wanted cause we felt bad wasting the chips and salsa.

Good place to eat our with friends. However the service varies. Depends on who your get, it can RUIN your day. The waiter we had a while back messed up our order, and gave attitude in offensive position, claiming he had " YEARS of experience". We end up paying the whole bill including the food we didnt touch. It was a horrible dinner for us. After that incident we havent been there for a long time. My friends and I decide to try Ruby Tuesday again, we had a nice waiter this time. Food came out in appropriate time, tastes good. And it was a good dinner.

I love the updated garden bar, but the service here has been poor the last few months. We typically go Sundays after worship and have large groups of 8 to 12 people. We are routinely ignored, and that is with a near empty restaurant. Four times in a row our service was poor, two of the times were the same waitress. My recommendation is just get the garden bar so you can start right away and not wait for food.

Stopped for a bite to eat after a very sad weekend, not feeling hungry, and was told I couldnt have my sons 2nd side which was the salad bar....so had to get my own salad bar which was no different then getting it with my sons meal. Waiter was not as pleasant with us as other customers. Just not attentive. So, experience was not enjoyable.

Ruby Tuesday is definitely a guilty pleasure. I know the food is frozen, and then microwaved when I order it. I know its way, way too salty- and I love salty food. But the appetizers are pretty delicious, particularly anything involving breaded, fried shrimp, and the menu overall is just consistently tasty.

Waited fifteen minutes for our drinks(just sodas).. felt very rushed by waiter. We ordered spinach dip appetizer which was awful, consistency was slimey and neon yellow.. Ive had better from a jar. We didnt even eat it. Then burgers were grainy and bland. We wondered why it was so empty for a Sunday at 6pm lol

I think its time for staff to stop wearing jeans. Hard to tell who is a worker and who is a customer. Feels like their trying too hard to be casual, let the customer be casual and the employees be professional. Waitstaff is quick and efficeint. Food and selection is on a downward trend.

Serving staff and food is pretty good. Management staff poor and customer greeting not up for business compared to other Ruby Tuesdays. If you have an issue manager does nothing. Lots of staff screwing around at front end like children. A few good staff makes up for management.

Food is basically frozen reheated and plopped on the plate. Extremely salty...... Bad bad bad food. But the service is good at least! NOT the Ruby Tuesdays I remember though. Definitely wont come here again. If i want frozen food Ill go too McDonalds.

The $6.99 and $8.99 burger specials this month are a great deal. Comes with unlimited fries. You cant beat the deal and the food was great. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Overall, a great experience at a very reasonable price.
