Good things come in small packages! The first thing you notice about the place is their emphasis on customer service. We were greeted immediately upon entering and, although, a sparse crowd at the time, given ample time to peruse the menu before being serviced. The employee gave recommendations (Try the SALMON BURGER!!!) and was good in checking in on us. We were also greeted by the owner and asked how the food was...which was GREAT! Price is always a concern. The amount we paid for what we ordered was fair. You can definitely tell the difference in food quality which makes up for the higher cost. You are paying for fresher, quality ingredients. Bottom line: would I be back? Yes..! Would I recommend? No. Because then it will be crowded and I wont have the same access. Of course I would recommend!

This is my usual lunch spot for when I want tasty, healthy food. You cant go wrong with any of their crepes or juices and their recently introduced Pitaya bowls (Try the Greek one!) have become my favorite thing to get. I always leave here feeling full but ready for the day! Id probably pay about the same at a nearby diner but wouldnt get nearly the same quality food as Third Wave. Staff is always friendly and I highly recommend this place if youre looking for some fresh and healthy food to start your day!

Ordered the Italiano panini, minus the procuito and it was very tasty. The lady suggested adding avocado in place of the meat and it was a great suggestion. It would be great to have a build your own opinion for the panini and crepes. But still I cant wait to come back and try crepes and their soup.

Been going here in they opened... I love her food. Never had anything I didnt enjoy...high quality , fresh food. Free wifi. Great friendly staff. Locally owned and operated!! Great for breakfast lunch and dinner. Or a coffee break! Organic coffee! Amazing! I always stop in at least once a week.

Love the taste of the olive oil that they use on their salads here; their salads are always delicious and very fresh. It was a pleasant surprise to find this great lunch spot in the neighborhood.

Food is pretty original and always seems fresh. Owner is very welcoming... Pricing is decent, considering. Ive returned so cant see any reason not to suggest giving it a go.
