Friendly staff, owners, and managers. Outstanding and very professional bartenders; large selection of beers on tap - domestic, imported, and seasonal beers on tap or by the bottle; very large and well stocked bar. Many TVs around the bar to watch your favorite sporting events, news, game shows, etc. Outstanding food - No matter if you order from the extensive selection of daily specials, regular, Oktoberfest, Irish St. Patricks Day menus, as well as the daily Happy Hour or Football Season Special and reduced prices menus, you cant get a bad meal here. Large dining area - many tables and booths, but they do fill up fast at dinner time and you may have a brief wait or you can eat at the bar. Dining for all ages. Great for casual, business, family, and large group dining. Great mix of locals, seasonal visitors to the Jersey Shore, and owners, trainers, jockeys, and others who are running their thoroughbred horses at nearby Monmouth Park Racetrack...literally just down the street and a few minutes away. Very large parking area, I highly recommend EVERYTHING on all of the menus, as Ive pretty much tried everything on them over the years and truly havent had a bad meal to date!!!

Introduced to Sitting Duck by a high school friend. We are now retired, and still enjoy a good steak. The Sunday special of Prime Rib, soup and salad, is also available on Wednesdays for a modest price. The size of the serving is so large that one always has enough for a meal the next day. Drinks and dessert are extra, but I favor key lime pie, new to me, now a favorite. Also a sports bar with TVs, never too loud for us in booth or table.

Amazing service, great food, customer service cannot be any better. We chose to come to The Sitting Duck because they are very close to us and we had not been there in a couple of years. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. She had the answers to all of our questions as was an absolute sweetheart. Very friendly and chipper and always smiling. The food was hot the drinks were cold. We will return here for sure.

Great experience. The location was crowded but they seated us quickly. Service was great ,as was atmosphere. I went with the bistro burger which was excellent. My wife had the steak and it was great as well. One daughter had the chicken parmigiana on a roll t h at could have fed two people. Appetizers of calamari and sticks were very good as well.

We have been here probably 4 times in the last 30 days food was good/ good atmosphere our server nicole was the best she has a great personality and is a charm to talk to had the 14oz strip my girl had the dumplings if you never been give them a try

My aunt heard great reviews and wanted to try the restaurant. Sheloved it. She enjoyed everything. The service was great. The portions was large and filling. Needed a doggie bag.
