I introduced my family to Stone Hedge roughly 20 years ago. They were so impressed with the food and the service, as was I. Tonight we went to celebrate my mothers birthday... There was ONE server for the whole room. When my appetizer came, the server dropped it on the floor and I had to wait for a new one. The salads used to be very good- this time it was plain lettuce with 2 small cucumber slices and 1 grape tomato, so smothered in dressing I couldnt even enjoy it. We waited about 15 min. before our server even got to us and by the time we got our entrees, half of them were cold. Trying to get a beverage refill was a joke, and then after offering us dessert menus, he never came back to take the order for them. After much impatience, frustration and aggravation we just skipped dessert, got the check and left. The service disappointed and so did the food. I dont think well be returning any time soon.

This wonderful family restaurant has been a favorite of ours for decades. The food, service and ambiance has always been excellent. We moved away 15 years ago but stop by for at least one dinner each time we visit.

On 7/31/2014,the Stonehedge is the nice restaurant to go to and the French fries/macaroni and cheese taste wonderful especially the chocolate moose cake was good.I love this restaurant.
