Consistently Burned chicken. Im a huge chipotle fan. I go to many locations in the area(Englewood, palisades, GSP) This is the worst chipotle not just in terms of food but service. Ive had multiple problems here. The biggest problem is charred, burned, black chicken. They also have this thing where they are very stingy with the cheese. They give you a PINCH, when you ask for a bit more, they say they will charge you extra. Really? Dont come here. Thats the last time i give em a chance. Try the other chipotles, they are awesome.

Ordered online to plan for my work break and when I got there the food wasnt prepared at all. When I ordered I had to wait a half hour to even pick it up and when I arrived I had to wait 16 minutes to leave. When I finally get to eat my order was wrong. The meat portions they give are very small compared to other local chipotle restaurants too. Tasted good though.

Staff is courteous and friendly and get your order through no matter if you dont know exactly how to order. This chipotle gets busy during the food rush hours but overall its quick and efficient so theres not too much of a wait to get your food.

Dont go to this location. The server gives you so little rice. I completely forgot to ask for extra rice but the first serving is so little. It is not enough and does not fill you up. I will no longer go to this location.
