We went in this restaurant about 45 minutes before closing and we were immediately greeted by the lady at the counter with a nasty look. We told her we are waiting for a few of our family members, who were literally about 5 minutes away, who are meeting us here. She gave us another nasty look and less than 5 minutes later she bluntly tells us to either order food now or leave. My wife told her politely that they were just down the road and we would order in a few minutes after they came in and decided what they wanted - the lady spoke to her in a rude tone and told her to "place your order or leave" and acted surprised when my wife got rude back to her, claiming that she spoke nicely to our cousin. Rudest customer service experience. Our entire family walked out and we dont plan on ever going there again.

Hmmm....where to begin? Well my first experience at Singas all started with a very rude delivery man who scolded me for not being overly descriptive of my address. I ignored him since I was excited to get my pizza and wings. As I looked at my wings, I realized that they not only put the buffalo sauce on the side (who the hell does that?), but they gave me the wrong sauce. THEN I tasted the wings. Bad. Rubbery. Fake. Gross. Then I proceeded to look at my pizza. Looked ok....until I had to scrape it off the cardboard plate they presented it on. THEN I tasted it. It was worse than a slice of pizza I wouldve bought from the cafeteria in middle school. AND IT WAS COLD. Two words to describe Singas? Never. Again.

called to ask for chicken fingers to be delivered one block from their location. They would not send out for delivery without a minimum 10$ order which IS NOT stated in their menu. So after having to walk to go get my food the counter lady says "well look you haves one dollar not having it delivered" are you freaking kidding me? Not to mention I asked for honey mustard and she forgot to put it in the bag. This is probably the last time Ill be going there, the pizza used to be good but not it tastes flat and overdone. Dont waste your time with these people, China city is excellent and never a minimum for delivery.

... pizza was delivered after 90 mins that too cold. Distance is just 0.2 miles. If they had told it would be so late, I would have canceled my order or would have picked myself. Person talking over phone was very rude... I would say they lost a customer. I would never ever order from this place. One thing I would like to admit, pizza taste awesome

I just have to leave a review here. this place is awesome and has some of the best pizza new jersey can offer. I payed visit here quite a few times now and the staff is always so friendly they even remember me by name. this pizza joint is worth coming to....

Was a bit hesitant when I realized it was personal pan pizzas, but was pleasantly surprised. Well seasoned and sauce was good. Crust was ok. Only real complaint was that it took ~12 minutes before it was ready so not a quick slice type of place.
