I ordered delivery online. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for the food to arrive. I called after waiting an hour and 20 minutes and they told me, "The driver is on the way, it must have been delayed due to ordering online." So, the food finally arrives and when I open the door, I get an enormous blast of cigarette smell from the driver. I set the food down and returned to it about 5 minutes later only to find out the food itself reeks of cigarettes, like the driver went on an hour and 40 minute chain-smoking joy ride with the windows closed and food engulfed. I called Food Hing and stated I wanted my money back due to the extreme wait and cigarette soaked food. The woman told me I could receive my money back if I DROVE AND DROPPED THE FOOD OFF TO THEM. I told them that was ridiculous and the driver could come back and pick it up if they really wanted the food back. She then agreed that she would refund the money. Not surprisingly, I never received this refund (a whole $16 was apparently not worth their reputation). I am shocked with this experience and will obviously not ever order food from this place again.

Food Hing - a good place for cheap sushi takeout. I like how they offer both Chinese and Japanese options. It is not really a spot to sit down and enjoy your meal unless you want to watch their kids run around and make a mess all over the restaurant. The fish tank water looks disgusting & ignored. The front blinds are all bent up (assuming the kids did this too). I would think they would want to clean the place up a bit if they expect people to sit down and enjoy their food. Sometimes I am afraid to bring anyone inside so I keep it "my little secret." Overall, the staff is friendly and always happy to serve you.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews, but darned if they arent right about things I just dont encounter. I order over the phone and pick up my food myself, so Ive never had a problem with sketchy delivery guys, queasy-looking sushi, or kids running around their dining room, though Ive walked past all of those on my way in and out. Just stick with typical American-Chinese food and a meat you can comfortably identify, and youll be fine.

Love love love! I loved everything. This is a authentic Mexican restaurant, that has excellent food. Even though they are super busy, the line moves fast and you get your delicious food right away! The employees, especially waiters working the table are incredibly sweet. First time here & will most likely always come back when in SF. Cant wait to recommend to others!

Sushi is very fishy and does not seem fresh. My fiance could not even finish eating his because it was grossing him out. We will not be ordering from here again which is unfortunate since its the only sushi place very close by.

Well I only eat at few very few Chinese restaurants this is one of the places that my wife loves so I can tolerate their food food is good closed on Mondays
