Absolutely awful. Worst customer service ever... The woman on the phone never... Got out order right (we thought it was a fluke the first time.. Its not). And she kept messing up the credit card machine. Extremely frustrating to deal with... The food wasnt that great either and the sushi was small amounts of fish. The horrible service eventually outweighed the convenience and we gave up on them. Oh! And they dont honor their online specials and will cancel your order on you. A real gem of a place.

Absolutely terrible. What a huge waste of money. I had the ma pao tofu and it was floating in sauce. Im not even exaggerating, literally floating. On top of that it had next to no flavor. Their ginger salad is pureed ginger and carrots atop of salad with the salad floating in the liquid that leaked FROM the puree. My wife had avocado rolls and they all had black spots on them. I wish I could give this place less than zero because of their lack of pride in their cooking and its lack of flavor.

I have to put poor to fair for the food because, although I have been there many times and found the food to be decent, most recently I ordered from there and found a hair in my food, unclean shrimp, and a fruit fly at the bottom of my meal. Completely wretched. Can never eat there again. I feel bad leaving a bad review considering that they are nice people, but being nice does not excuse these horrendous "extras" in my meal.

I have ordered online delivery three times now and all three times the food has been delicious and the delivery within 20 to 30 minutes. I have not tried their sushi, however, their Chinese food has not been disappointing. Recommended.

Food is always fantastic and tastes more fresh than any other Chinese takeout place. Prices are great, customer service is wonderful, and online ordering/delivery is convenient and quick! We love bamboo!
