To seat its a good place, but I had order food 6 times and they send me old food home. The last time March 8,2017 my daughter and I got food poisoned because of the food . The Colombian sausage was actually smelling bad with a weird color, also the meat and beans were bad. We ordered a lot food was my mother in law bday. Unfortunately they serve a good food inside but when someone order to go they serve the old food. This is so disappointed and disrespectful. Um bom lugar para comer, contudo nao aconselho a ninguém a pedir delivery. O lugar abriu faz pouco tempo e por 6 vezes ordenei comida e estava estragada. A última vez dia 8 de março 2017 pedimos pra celebrar o aniversário de minha sogra. O chorizo colombiano estava velho ressecado com mal cheiro. O feijão estava azedo e a carne tinha a colocação verde. Eu e minha filha comemos como 2 colheres do feijão. Foi o suficiente pra ter uma dor de estômago horrível seguida de vomito. Eles servem uma excelente comida pra quem come lá e o resto servem pra quem vai levar para comer em casa. Infelizmente isso é uma vergonha.

This Noches is one of the best in the area. Food and service are top of the line no question about it. They are very courteous and make you feel welcomed. Team work in here is an example. Their SOP is strictly followed. The most amazing observation is that management being an active part of the team work. My opinion is that this facility should be the training center for all Noches de Colombia restaurants. Thanks. Este Noches de Colombia es uno de los mejores sino el mejor de los que he visitado en la vecindad. Me gusta mucho el trabajo en equipo que todos ellos realizan y sobre todo su amabilidad. La comida es excelente. Este lugar sigue al 100% las regulaciones del FDA. Como sugerencia esta localida deberia ser un cetro de entrenaminto para otros restaurantes. Gracias.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Im used to going to different noches and receiving exceptional service however this one does not know what that is. We ordered appetizers which took 15 minutes to arrive. Apparently they were out of empanadas but the waitress failed to tell us that they were making more. When the empanadas finally arrived I requested ketchup however she never came back with it. I had to request ketchup from two different people who never returned. I resorted to asking a manager for ketchup who then asked a waitress to bring some over. We then received our food 35 mins later. Our waitress never check in with us to ask how the food was or if I needed something to drink. When I finally called whom I taught to be our waitress over to order something to drink she had the nerve to tell me she wasnt our server. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to finally get a drink meanwhile some waitresses and floor managers were all conversing and reviewing sales numbers. When my boyfriend asked someone for the check they never came back. He then had to get up to request it a second time however no one paid him attention. After waiting ten minutes I finally got up and approached the bar where a manager was and said " I dont know who my waiter is but can I please have my check". The location of this noches is convenient however I refuse to eat there a second time. Its interesting to see how attentive they are to the owners friends but how quickly that changes when it comes to regular customers. This restaurant left little desire.

Very Poor Customer Service ! I Went Out For My Sisters Birthday Dinner On Saturday Night 1/28, It Was A Large Party. The Bill Came & A Few Ppl Needed to Pay With A Card, Myself Included. The Waitress Asked Me How Much, I Told Her $55 & She Repeated The Amount Twice To Me. She Bought My Receipt Back, And It Read $487. She Charged Me For The Table And The Gratuity. I Told Her She Charged The Incorrect Amount, She Took The Card & Said Shed Fix It With A Manager. When She Returned She Had Yet Another Receipt, One For $55! A "Manager" Came Over And Said I Had His Word, The Money Would Be Refunded At 2am. I Was Unpleased With Thats Response! I Wanted Something On Paper. I Asked To Speak To Another Manager. He Claimed To Be A General Manager. When I Asked For Proof He Could Not Provide It. He Was Very Unapologetic & Sarcastic! He Told Me To Take His Word & The Money Would Be Refunded On Tuesday. The Manager b4 Him Said 2am ! Very Unprofessional, I Did Not Feel Confident Leaving There With A $487 Bill ! He Said The Owner Would Give Me A Call Tomorrow 1/29, NEVER DID! I Went to The Restaurant (1/29) To Try Speaking To Someone, I Waited 33 Mins. & Left. He Never Came Out To Speak With Me. Later On That Day (1/29) A "Sebastian" Sent Me A Text Message, Claiming To Be The Owner

So I usually go the the Noches in Fairview. However since this one opened I frequent this one at least once a week since it is close to home. My last two experiences have not been good. The other day my sons tostones came out with rice stuck to them and no one ordered rice. We complained and they cleaned it off and brought out the same plate with the ketchup he had put on the side. Today I specifically showed my waitress the lunch menu and ordered from the lunch menu for my son and I. The fries tasted old and we sent them back two minutes later the fries were back. To add insult to injury when the check comes she had placed the order from the regular menu. Instead of correcting it she just said I wasnt looking at the menu I didnt know that you ordered it from there. I paid full price and just left. However she didnt even try to accommodate me. Im a regular customer that will never go back. Two times is enough for me. Good luck.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Waited over 2 hours for delivery to a location that is literally 5 minutes away walking distance! Then when I called to inquire after an 1 hour, I was told that the delivery had left and it was on the way. So after 2 hours I called to request a refund and the manner in which I was spoken to was disgusting! Then, they had the nerve to hang up on me! They are thieves! So I called back and was informed that it was to "complicated" to give me a refund for food I never received, but I can get a gift card.. Never am I returning to this place, so a gift card would do me NO GOOD! I would never RECOMMEND, EAT FROM, or ACKNOWLEDGE this place positively after this experience. And this review is the condensed version, Ill spare you the nasty things that were said to me, a paying customer.

Very spacious and nice-looking restaurant. Staff is friendly enough, but they can improve (especially hostess). The food quality and portions are excellent. They dont like splitting checks. The entertainment is better than a lot of places (because other places dont have any) but the singer doing karaoke should improve himself and his entertaining. Sometimes people get up to do karaoke and make it a fun atmosphere. At times it can be a bit loud, similar to a bar, so dont expect this to be a quiet place. Lots of room, nice building, clean restrooms, good food, decent prices, good parking lot in the back. Overall highly recommended.
