Horrible experience at tgif Fridays we just went to the restaurant a party of 4 and we were seated in a dirty booth on the far back corner. The person that was assigned to our table was not customer service friendly he was very cold with us, rude took the order down incorrectly. When he took our order he went to grab the menus but he did it in such an aggressive manner that he ended up slapping the menu out of my hand to the ground. He stood there and expected me to pick it up off the ground. We should have left but decide to give the guy a break everyone has a bad day and i can understand that so we stayed but 20 min after we order he cane back brought our drinks placed them on the table and walked away and 2 out of the 4 cups where filthy. When one of his coworkers came over i asked him for replacemnt drink he had our waighter come back over and he said they looked fine to him thats when i drew the line stood up and left. I called the manager to express my concerns and pretty much the person who said he was helping the acting manager i tried to him he about my experience but he was more worried with cutting me off and just telling me dont worry next time you come ill give you a free appetizer. Really i have been coming to fridays in hackensack for over 4 years 3 times a week and this is how we are treated Last Time i will ever set foot in tgif fridays in any town or place. SUCH A SHAME HOW A GOOD PLACE HAS BEEN RUINED BY VERY young and bad help

The night started out with us being sat down at a round table in the coner, now I dont know about you but if Im putt in the coner you would think they would pay more attention to you....nope. First off our waiter...jack (who looks to be homesexual) was fresh off training boat and was slower then a snail. Then when we ordered our food that took forever and was like eating rubber with some bbq sauce on it. Also that our drinks were refilled about twice and Im still parched and very salty over it. So after waiting about a century for our food it came out....cold as Hilary sense of humor. While that was going on every waiter was looking at us as if we were jerking it under the table. But wait t gets better. After we asked for the manenger it took about 15 mintues for her to come. And when she got to our table her attitude was not needed. So in the end this Fridays was a let down and inturn has made my depression even worse.....thanks Fridays. From this day forward I will never see Friday and thank god in the same sentence...

Never come here. The food came out cold. And the service is terrible. I ordered food and it came out nothing like it was supposed too. I have been to this place plenty of times and everytime my experience is worse and worse. Also two of my friends got the same drink, the same size and all, and got charged diffwrent prices. Like I said if you are trying to go out and have a quality service and food, dont come here. The tgi fridays on rt 17 has much better service and the people that work there actually care about their customers. Never have I felt so disrespected at a restaurant. And Im not one to write reviews, but this was one of the worst times I have ever had anywhere

Our party of 11 people came in to have a lunch. Even though the restaurant was totally empty, when we asked to have tables put together so that we could have one "mega" table, the server said that they couldnt. Its not like the tables are bolted to the floor! When I asked them why, the server went and got the manager "Manny". Manny came and said that they wouldnt put the tables together, and so we ended up having our group split across 4 tables. We werent even in the main part of the restaurant - we were off in a side section, so its not like our table was going to interfere with the flow of traffic. Thanks for nothing, Manny.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It was reallllly slow and the host took about 10 mins to sit us down, mind you, there were a bunch of empty tables. Food took FOREVER and was GROSS, restaurant was extremely dirty. I will not ever come here again... This is the best part, I go to the restroom and the stalls did not have light bulbs in them, so I had to use my phone for light!! I cannot make this stuff up! Edit* the only good thing that came out of this is a gift certificate from guest relations after I contacted them about my experience at this restaurant!

I use to like this restaurant until Saturday March 18, 2017. The waitress body language was a 100 % turn off from the moment she got to our table, she shake the table 3 times from her braising on it, we ordered wings for appetizers and 2 mins later we saw the endless appetizer and decided to do that but was told by the waitress we cant change our order and If she changes it my husband cant eat from my order. We had to leave because her customer service was way off. Worse experience I ever had. for the record this review is the first of my lifetime

Glorified fast food?....At least when you go to mcdonalds you pretty much get what you expect....walking into this resturant, it looks nice...its clean and nicly decorated..but the service SUCKS....First of all you wait waaaay too long for food thats microwaved....and yes it tastes like it was microwaved!...My huband ordered fish and it smelled horrible!!!....Please, unless you dont mind bad food and crappy slow service when their not even crowed....save your money and go to McDonalds.

This place has really gone downhill. This is the second time I come that the bar must be manned by completely inexperienced staff. They seem very confused and not even in a rush. How can you have new staff on Friday night with no direction. 3 ppl behind the bar, no one in a rush. Instead of helping with the service bar, the other two are walking around taking care of maybe the ten ppl at the bar. After 35 min w no drink, not even my soup..we left and went to pf Changs.

seriously? if you bothered to read the bad reviews and still go here, you deserve the hell. I just had a salad from there, and I just threw up twice. Thats from 2 hours ago, and I still feel sick to the stomach. The lettuce didnt look all that fresh and I was a bit worried.. should have not eaten it. I am warning all other customers, please just go to applebees next door, service might be average there but at least you wont be expecting to get food poisoning.

Always love going here.. food is great and everything. The only negative would be the service, I have been going there for 4 years and I have realized that first of all the portions have been decreasing and second of all, the service is getting poorer.. The restaurant might look as empty as it can look and you will have to wait a while for your waitress to show up.. Sometimes they leave and dont come back for what could be 15-20 mins.
