I ordered my usual, chicken wings with pork fried rice, no onions. I made it a point to mention that I wanted the carrots, peas, and bean sprouts that normally come in fried rice. They got this wrong and sent me rice with no vegetables. Also, the chicken wings were noticeably scrawny and over cooked. I immediately regretted ordering the meal when I opened the container.

This is my favorite take out Chinese restaurant in Hackensack. All the food is great, super affordable and they deliver very quick. The family that owns Great Wall are very nice and are very efficient taking orders over the phone. Next to Lotus ( a sit down over priced place) this is my go to take out/delivery Chinese food place in Hackensack!

The food is good the service isnt my avg wait time for food is 1.5 hrs for delivery. Half the time I get the wrong food I order French fries with BBQ ribs and get fried rice. The person taking the order doesnt understand so you have to repeat your card number at minimum three times . I was a customer for almost three years.

I got BURNT VEG DUMPLINGS AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE IT BACK at first BUT they called me back and said they will make me a new one... the food is pretty good there im so happy i can keep buying from them now
