Food here is great however they do need to find personal that knows how to take orders personal that have some "customer service experience" if I was the owner of this restaurant reading these comments take serious action my employees and partners use to love this place when it first opened I dont know if theyve changed owner or they just dont care but to sale. Horrible experience I have ordered takeout from these place since we dont like the customer service but the four to five times weve ordered takeout and spend high amount of money we have been served a very little amount NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT IT USE TO BE take an advised from a director of sales take serious action and improve your personal because the food is fantastic

Absolutely terrible. Calamari was tough, we waited for our drinks at least 15 minutes. When we did get our drinks, mine was mostly ice, so I ordered a 2nd. The second one was only a half a drink. they didnt have several things on the menu available. It was a slow night for them, there was no reason for the service to be so poor or for them to not have product on hand. We never got silverware, ended up just asking for the check right after the appetizers. The server was not at fault, he was very kind... clearly poor management. Never going back.

Ever been in a place that could care less if you were there?Thats BBQ Grill in Garfield New Jersey.I asked for the well done shish kabob,but food was horrible not cooked how i asked. i Oh, i tried to get waitress, but she was no where around. Finally i found her while she was playing with her cellphone. asked her to change my food she said no this is what you have asked for. so i just asked for the check n left! and not gonna come back ever again.

Barbeque???? Yea right. We ordered baby back ribs and they were fried! When we asked the waitress if they were fried...she said yes and once she noticed our facial expression she quickly changed it to no. There isnt much of a selection on the menu for bbq food. But then again it doesnt seem as if they bbq at all. The sauce was placed in a cup for us to rub on. Very disappointed. Will NEVER go there again.

We tried to order our dinner and the waitress walked away (without as much as an excuse me) 3 times before we could get to the entree. By try number three we walked out. We were there a good 20 minutes and werent even served water by the time we got frustrated and left. And by looking at the only 2 other people in the whole places food, it is not a bbq joint.

So.... not Portuguese anymore (I am, I should know), more a eurospanic menu. I was disappointed as I was looking for Portuguese food, but that lasted about 5 minutes. The food was awesome, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were very fair given the portions. I has to take food home, and that does not happen frequently. They did a great job.

The service could use some improvement. We were there on a Sunday with a party of 3. The wait staff - a guy and a girl - were cold and inhospitable. They acted like they didnt have a desire to attend to or didnt understand our questions. Also, the expressions on their faces signified that they didnt wanna work there.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. This place was great when it first opened, now its terrible. Every single time we order from this place they mess it up. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I can see how taking someones order over the phone is hard when the person picking up the phones English is god awful and doesnt even know their own menu.

The food is fantastic, and you cant beat the prices. Be warned, its not US-style BBQ, its European-style. And to the reviewer who ate fried ribs, I dont know how since they turn them over the grill behind a big glass window and you can see them making doing it.

Never Disappoint. I agree, it is a nice change from the norm of tomato sauce, mozz, and burnt toast they call pizza in this town. First time I ordered Short Ribs and they gave me "literally" a tray of food to go - It could have fed a family of five.

Just tried this place for the first time. Atmosphere is cool with a full bar, 2 flat screens, and friendly service. Had the baby back ribs which were very tender. Will go again.
