Ridiculous.. first of all they didnt have the mushrooms I ordered so I had to wait 30mins.. after that the manager was nice enough to offer me complimentary soda which I denied as I wasnt interested. On reaching home I find out that they messed up the whole order... I ordered garlic Parmesan sauce and they used tomato sauce.. I ordered toasted cheddar crust and they made it plain... on calling them she asked us to drive back so that she could make me a new one.. upon arrival the person at the register, Ash is like oh its been 1.5 hr..hello it takes me 20mins one way.. now remind you shes the one who took my order and knew they didnt have the mushrooms and I had to wait .. well Ash, whos gonna include the time to change shower and then settle down to eat ??? N then she has the audacity to say the sauce is garlic Parmesan and not tomato.. This isnt my first time ordering miss.... when I got pissed by this another girl intervened and she called the chef... as soon as he was asked what type of sauce it was, his immediate response??? TOMATO SAUCE... you really think I dont know the difference between tomatoes and garlic Parmesan?? Next question.. oh u brought half the pizza( despite showing her the pics of two other half eaten slices which had tomato sauce...u want me to bring a half eaten slice too???) well if you did you should have told me when I called and you said come back! Really bad attitude despite them knowing there is 3 clear mistakes in their order... shameful... Please dont mix her with Ashley the manager... different ASH...

I am so upset at the manager Ivy I will be calling their corporate office. She was rude and mean to her staff. The cashier (who was friendly and enthusiastic) had to call her to help and when Ivy came out she realized there were no more wings....at all. We had ordered 16 and were not told they were 86ed until 20 min into waiting. A poor woman came in to pick up her phone order which was just an order of wings....no call no compensation for her driving there. So sad. We also ordered fries and 10 min after they told us no wings, no fries either. Ivy was loud and yelling she "didnt care, she will just leave, shes leaving in 2 hours anyway". I inquired about her to the cashier and he explained to me she spends most of her time in the office. No wonder no one goes there. Even the promotions cant sell BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANY! That manager should not work in any service to the public business. She will say it in front of you...She does not care. By the way, did I mention her name is Ivy?

Ordered at 3:21 it is now 5:01 and still no delivery. Called 4x to follow up and was placed on hold, asked to speak to a manager to no avail! Finally after calling from a non local number I spoke to a manager named Dennis after being on hold for 10 minutes. This person claimed to cancel my order (didnt happen). In addition to this I was not compensated in any way, shape or form and I was finally informed that my order had NOT gone out. However my card was charged and I am still waiting for a refund...Unsure how this place is in business as their customer service sucks. The lack of honesty can only lead me to question the integrity of this business. This is unacceptable for a place that provides food as we all know the last thing anyone desires is to question how your food was prepared. Do not bother with this business - you have been warned

Im disapointed with the service , I made an order for delivery 8-6-17 at night for a large dinner box , brownies, and an extra wings. The delivery person showed up , I thought I had everything I got charged for and it was short my wings. I called for a 35 mins no answer . To make my story short I never received the wings that night. So I called the next day to talk to the manager . She said she would send them three hours later . I still have not received the wings . They never answer the phone and the automated call center always picks up for them. Im done ordering from Pizza Hut and will take my buisness somewhere else.

Ordered online it took an hour and 20 minutes, but being how it was a Saturday night I understood. Once it finally came the driver didnt know how to make the correct change, the pizzas were cold and the wrong order. I called and was told they couldnt do anything tonight (over an hour before they close) and was met with extremely rude"manager" on phone and ultimately hung up on. Tried calling back multiple times and they never picked up.......

I ordered my pizza on the phone and when I went to pick it up they didnt even have my order down, so I decided to try them again and the same exact thing happened. They said my order is not there, and insisted that they take my order then. I said never mind and left the store. The first time they messed up I understood, but then they repeated it the second time and I was furious. Worst Pizza Hut Ever.

Okay so I have a addiction to pizza hut since a kid I use to only go on my birthday every year when I got older I would go at least once a week till the place I went to shut down so I find this place out of nowhere and the service was outstanding and the food was great my only complaint is more cheese on the cheese sticks other than that its amazing! Will be coming many times more

i live nearby and Ive ordered here multiple times, very rarely do I get good tasting food. Most of the time it taste like cardboard and I ordered bread sticks and they didnt cut it so it was just bread. A while back this store was advertising that if you gave them a five star rating they would take money off you next order, thats just wrong.

Horrible experience at this place. We were staying at a hotel which was literally less then half a mile away. We waited more then a hour for the food to arrive. Pizza was cold, wings were nasty. And we ordered a regular Pepsi, they gave us diet Pepsi instead. No call to ask if we would like another beverage.

I ordered a pizza from there and when they delivered it, the cheese slid all over and there was barely any cheese on the pizza. However the taste was far more worse than the appearance. It tasted like the used expired cheese to make this crappy pizza. I will never order from them again.

Similar experience to just about every other sit down Pizza Hut restaurant Ive been in in The Last 5 Years. Good friendly helpful service. But the restaurant just looks dated and doesnt seem to get a ton of business. Food was good prices were Fair. Parking was good. No real complaints.

fastest delivery driver i have ever had, between Bruce and Thomas i only wait 20 mins about 90% of the time. other 10% is if it is extremely busy and still have it there within 40mins amazing. also great management and all very friendly
