The staff is so rude it is horrible and the owner could care less about the customers. Today a guy named Jerry there yelled at me for no reason and said they refuse to serve me. When I asked why he was treating me this way, he yelled that the owner, the cooks and the staff cant stand me because I returned food once and I am BANNED form the restaurant. Then he proceeded to yell that he BANNED me before and I should find somewhere else to order from. He screamed at me that he witnessed me return food and that he does not want me there. First, I never returned food. Second, that is no reason for a customer to be abused. This shows how bad this place is, and what sort of abuse anyone will be subjected to if they decided they do not like you. I will say that whenever I go there this guy Jerry stares at me and does everything to make me feel uncomfortable. I recorded the the conversation so this nut Jerry and the rude owner can face this in court because no one deserves to be abused like this in a public setting. Like another review here says, this place is just bad service to customers and the staff is rude. I also agree with the other reviews here that the food is overpriced for the small portions. And be careful when you order because they will omit vegetables or other portions and not tell you that they omit it, but make you pay for what youre not getting. Go anywhere else but here. The abuse is not worth it.

THREE STARS mostly for their service and staff. As a business owner I know how hard it is to keep everyone satisfied. For 2 years now Ive ordered the same thing and 5 out of 10 times they get the order wrong. Not only are the employees not sympathetic they are apathetic. I tell you that the only reason I go there is because it is the only place near by with good healthy choices. THere will be a day when a competitor will open a restaurant with better service. Good food and good service are a restaurants saving grace. If the owner doesnt get his employees act together and they continue to make stupid mistakes I will not go back and like me their are more. Take pride in your work, you are getting paid to do a job!!! DO YOUR JOB!!

This eatery is one of a kind because everything is organic. The ingredients are organic, artisanal bread and all, fresh cooked the minute you order. It takes a bit longer for them to get your order ready than an average deli, but the wait is worth it. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, and home-baked goods. They have recently added free-range burgers (no steroids, hormones, antibiotics) and various smoothie drinks. I tried the cowboy burger and wow it was really good. The price is little on the high end but youre getting a healthy hearty meal.

Like the food is pretty good compared to adjacent areas around it. But in general, theyre getting more and more cheappy the more I visit. Like taking advantage of the price & giving less veggies, and more fatty in the foods and mixing more water with the juices. Its not like they are a 5 star restaurant so Im not sure why they do that. I hope to stop going soon if they continue with the prices & would like to encourage everyone else to eat elsewhere. They are getting greedy, plus the serving guys think they are all that.

This place doesnt have great street appeal, but when you enter you find a healthy, amazing tasting menu for both lunch and breakfast. The staff is friendly and the food is all made to order. I had the power wrap which was just mouth watering. They are living proof that you can make healthy food taste great lol. I always appreciate great quality food. The sitting area is also very relaxing. I will be back to try other things on the menu for sure !!!

Ive been coming here for years since the place opened. Over the last 12 months Ive noticed a steady decline in quality of food, accuracy of orders, and customer service. The employees are rude, and the owner shows 0 appreciation of my loyalty. My food frequently comes out cold, and the people working show no effort or pride in their work. As I write this, Im trying to down my cold sandwich that I ordered 30 minutes ago.

The price was very deceiving, $9 burrito became $17 when we ordered and the casher asked if we want gucamole on the side, and never told us it would be extra. They should be charged with deception!!! For that kind of money I could have gone any where else and would have eatten a good steak for example. so anyone out there, be careful with pricing, and food is not that great either for the money you would spend!

The food is always incredible, but the staff is unbelievably rude...Ive always tried to be friendly and polite but always fail to get a cashier to show any sign of life. If the food wasnt so good, Id never come back here. Honestly the most rude employees Ive ever come in contact with. They need to find new people to take orders because I can almost guarantee it will affect their business sooner or later.

This is my go-to pit-stop on bike rides up to the GWB & beyond. Love the smoothies and have enjoyed every menu item Ive tried so far, with the shroom burger and the blu burger fighting for my number one pick. Staff has been cheerful and friendly and the place is always clean well-kept. Highly recommend.

Definitely the nicest place in Fort Lee to have a coffee. If it wasnt for its relative obscurity (easy to miss location, plus both Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are located less than a mile away), this place would undoubtedly do better business. Heres hoping word-of-mouth can help make amends!

Great quick bites and breakfast dishes. Many healthy choices and great service. Once we had bad experience with burgers and never ordered them since. It was a while ago, but still skeptical about meat and other main dishes.
