Been going there for dozen of years. The attitude of some wait staff are in La La Land. I have always tip vary well 25% to 50%. Always have been courteous to the Owner, Managers, and the Wait Staff. But the Service has all but Vanished. This one perticular Staff he threw a dish of dimsum in to my table. After we have finished. I waited additionally 20 mins for them to come around and get the checks. The bills was $ 46.00 and some change. Even I was being Slighted I still with a smile and lefted a $ 20.00 bill tip. After all we all are Chinese. The food has always been good. But that perticular Wait Staff .......need a attitude readjustment. To be fair, I grew up in a Restaurant. I was made a bus boy when I was 9 years old. I worked in Taiwan to the U.S. until 20 years old. I know Service. This guy is Wrong for the Job.

this place should literally be burnt to the ground for the mockery of what they consider service now. my family has frequented this restaurant for over 5 years, but this past year was a downward spiral for them. recently, there is a waiter here who finds it amusing to treat guests poorly, including slamming down dishes purposefully and then walking away laughing, and making rude comments loudly. he looks like a disformed Chinese Dracula, and I can assume that he is deeply deeply unhappy with his waste of a life to find only a speckle of joy in taking out his mommy issues on patrons. do yourself a favor and save your time and money, this experience will only anger you and make you wish that this restaurant will go out of business soon. HOPE 2016 IS YOUR LAST YEAR OF EXISTENCE, YOU DISGUSTING WASTE OF SPACE!!!

Terrible service! The last time we went to this restaurant was 10 years ago because of bad service. So after all these years we thought we give it another chance. We were wrong. The thin guy with glasses has an attitude and disrespectful to us. There is no service. All the waiters all look like bees buzzing around but not doing anything. No one is smiling as someone has died. The food is average. The service should definitely need a thorough makeover. I guess we will wait for another 10 years before we go back there.

service was typically bad for a Chinese restaurant. We wanted to doggie bag a dessert pudding that the restaurant compted us instead of having it thrown out, wasted. The waitress gave us a container but then told us that we were being cheap. When we got angry at her statement she told us "Not to come back". This was after a $525 bill & $75 in tips. I called & told the manager the next day, she apppologized but said she was too busy to talk.

You know this place has good Chinese food when its filled with Chinese people. Dont come here for the best wait staff or an American culture eating experience as fasr as dining goes, youll be disappointed. But that should be expected, it does not cater to people who want to be waited on. You come here for authentic food. And when its busy you can share a table, brings me back to feeling like Im in an Asian country again eating out.

HORRIBLE, I went there on a Monday to get dinner with some friends and one of the dishes we ordered had a dead FLY in it. We automatically ran to the bathroom and the people there apologized and didnt charge us for the dish. I remember another time I found a piece of plastic, the thing is I feel like even though some customers find disturbing things in their food they dont change, as in they still arent careful.

Wonder Seafood has gone downhill REAL fast. Not only has the food become subpar, the service was absolutely atrocious. Servers slammed plates down, and even though we were seated next to the kitchen, these extremely rude food service workers passed us by continuously. I strongly suggest people go to Sunny Palace or Jade Isle instead. Bad food, service, management: TRIFECTA FAIL

We came to wonder seafood looking to satisfy our craving for dim sum Sunday morning and we were not disapointed. I enjoyed the variety of dim sum that they had although we did have to ask for quite a bit of dishes as the carts and servers with trays were running low on food as it was quite busy. Overall we had a good expierence.

Good traditional authentic Cantonese styled food. Went for dimsum. Of course its always a rush and busy so thats not a big deal on wait. But coming at the end service is a little bit slower, and they are not very clear on how to order dimsum during the end of the session. Pretty good over all. Love the food. Totally worth it.

The line was long and we waited for almost an hour. We were lucky enough to have a table of our own, but most of the time different groups have to share tables. But the food is worth it! The restaurant is just like the traditional morning tea places in China, and waiters push around carts and plates for you to choose.

Worst service!! The wait was nearly 45 min. Then after we got seated no one came by to bring tea to water. When we finally got a hold of a waiter, a thin guy with glasses, he yelled, "Im busy!!! What do you want?!?" Would not returned again, the food is average but the service need substantial improvement!

Im pretty particular about Asian food, but this is definitely one of the most enjoyable places Ive gone to with friends. The staff is super friendly and weve never had to wait for a table (although weve only gone Thursday nights). They can fry up squid like its nobodys business, and thats alright with me.

Best Dim Sum in the area. But usually very busy on Sunday morning. Consider going later if you dont like the pushing. Be warned you may think you are 4th in the queue. But they come out of their cars at 11 Sharpe and you find yourself at the back. Just accept it and enjoy the food.

I visited here for its Dim sum hours. Good taste, regular service quality because there were always large crowds there for dim sum ... If you dont like to wait, stay away from dim sum hours.... Its also a pain to find a parking spot around the neighborhood for dim sum hours.

Prices cannot be justified for that quality of food. Low to mid quality of food, and mid to high prices. small tables, uncomfortable chairs, slow service, unkindness, and so on... I know Chinese food. There are many good Chinese restaurants around here. Do not try.

A terrible experience. The shrimp dishes were sour, and when we told the staff they took it back as if that sort of complaint was common. Overall the food was bad and the service was mediocre. I would never return and would advise against anyone else trying it.

Very bad service! We ordered a lunch special and ask waiter if there is a free soup with this order. They said no with really bad altitude even they didnt look at us. Later, another waiter came to us, saying for take out order, we have to wait at the front door.

The food is good. We love this one waiter young boy 16 with glasses. He always make sure we get everything we want. My mom and I go every weekend. 3 stars on food and four stars to the 16 yr. Boy. We tip him personally for a fine job he is doing.
