First of all let me begin by saying that it makes me very uncomfortable to write a negative review about a local business. I have been going to this restaurant for many years because of its proximity to my mothers house. Today I ordered takeout to bring to my moms and part of the order was missing. My mom called to let them know, and the lady on the phone immediately became defensive and insisted that my mom was wrong. She proceeded to tell my mom that she was recording their conversation and that she was going to "report her" as if my mom was trying to "scam" her out of the missing item. Everyone makes a mistake now and then, but to argue with a customer over a missing $9 order of boneless spare ribs and then accuse them of lying is absolutely ridiculous. The quality of the food has steadily decreased over the past 2-3 years, which is more than evident by the scarcity of people in the restaurant at any given time. The customer service has never been anything better than mediocre. But this is the ultimate excuse to never ever eat here again. Keep the $9...final tip! :)

We went for an informal dinner with the kids and left with a small goody bag, almost every place was clean the food was that good. Everything was excellent, food and service. I would say the food quality is as good as Peeking Pavillion (PP) and about half the cost. Its not a fancy place and doesnt have all the same food as PP but I will be going back to Jade Palace a lot more often then PP. I can honestly say this is one of the best Chinese resteraunts I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. BTW This is one resteraunt where the reviews actually met the quality of the experience. I get the feeling the other reviewers are actual diners not friends of the owners.

I have not had this level of customer service since the Disney Cruise, or the 4 Seasons. Not only did they stay late for me, with big smiles, but went over the take out menu, explaining anything I didnt get, helping me order for my tired family in the car after Great Adventure, and going out of their way to help me with my diet! Theyve got lovely decor, were very quick for me, and of course, the food was fantastic, at a very reasonable price, esp. considering the service & all the help I got. Thanks again!

my husband and I ordered food and it was one of the worst experiences. the food had a weird taste and the egg rolls were burned. not to mention that they got our order wrong after my husband went over the order with them 3 times to prevent any mistakes. will never eat from this place again! yuk!!!! what a waste of $35.00...we ended up throwing it out and making grilled cheese sandwiches!

This is a local Chinese Food restaurant, which offers the traditional dishes we come to expect. While not haute cuisine, the food is well prepared, fresh, tasty, with some newer creative dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, while the prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

The little restaurant serves great fresh chinese food at a very reasonable price. We took take out but they have a very nice sitting area with cloth tableclothes. Only critic - maybe a little too much batter on the Generals Chicken - but the batter was very tasty almost cake like.

Its very tough to get good Chinese food in our area. Especially Sichaun style. So very happy when we took the reviews on google by face value and dived in. Very happy with the results. Restaurant was empty when we arrived but within 30 mins of dinner time it was packed out.
