WAY over priced for average to below below average food. They charge premium prices for low quality food. The pizza is nothing special, little cheese, basic pizza sauce, ect. They do NOT know how to make sandwiches. The chicken parm sub is terrible. They microwave some chicken with sauce and cheese and put it on a raw, unbaked roll, not how REAL chicken parm subs are made by baking the entire sandwitrch in the oven. They use the SAME pizza sauce on all their products. Chicken parm is supposed to use MARINARA sauce, they put pizza sauce on it to cut costs and charge a premium price. They charge EXTRA for cheese on a CHEESE steak sub! and the rolls they use taste SOUR. Ive been ordering from them on and off over the past 15 YEARS and the quality has gone WAY down but prices have gone WAY up. They need to get new management and new chefs. Plenty of other QUALITY pizza shops have turned up in the area in the past years, would NOT recommend Oakwood pizza.

Oakwood Pizza has been a source of catered events at Thales Avionics ASW when we were in Edison, & now that we have moved to Piscataway, they have continued to provide the same high quality food, at great prices. The Celebratory ribbon cutting for the employees last Thursday was a success, the food provided by Oakwood Pizza was delicious and fresh. There was a romaine salad with lots of great accruements, and for entrée there was Eggplant Parmagiana, Veal Piccatta, Chicken Marsala, Stuffed shells & lightly sauced vermicelli. There is no doubt Thales will continue to provide Good eats for future events, and if you are ever in the area, I highly recommend trying any of their dishes.

The Buffalo chicken pizza will change your world! A spicy grilled chicken breast grilled to perfection cut into perfect bite size pieces. The dough is perfect nice and crispy! They put just the right amount of mozzarella with the spicy kick of the house Buffalo sauce followed by a quick cool down from chunky blue cheese dressing! Warm family atmosphere! Everything made fresh to order! Definitely a perfect place to stop on your travels!

Let me just say, for a lifetime New Yorker, this was THE BEST buffalo chicken pizza Ive ever had. I swear Im not a relative. Not only was the food so so good, everyone working there was friendly, attentive and generous - I told them how much I loved it and they gave me a free one to go!!!. Who even does that anymore!? Please go show Oakwood Pizza some love, youll thank me later.

Great Pizza. I am very stricted on diet. I only eat boiled food with no salt and sugar. It pays off by eating healthy. I am 34 and I look like 24. Well, Friday is my Junk food day and boy I enjoy eating Pizza. Staff is very friendly. I think Owners youngest son (Early 20s) took over. He is very kind and good person. I give this place 10/5 stars. God Bless Oakwood Pizza.

Obviously delivery takes about an hour when its busy...but thats good when a restaurant is busy that means its good!!!! The staff was warm and friendly! The pizza was absolutely amazing i would strongly suggest ordering a buffalo chicken pizza or romano ranch they both are amazing!

Today I visited this Oakwood pizza restaurant. This was my worst experience every in my whole life so far. Fathers Day dinner out spoiled. We order Vegetarian Pizza it was worst pizza that I had so far. No more visit to this restaurant until I live in Edison.

Absolutely amazing food and i love their buffalo chicken pizza! great atmosphere, very nice classy and warm. When they are busy delivery takes a little longer but thats the same anywhere you go! Definitely my favorite place in edison!
