Terrible terrible service. My brother moved to Barnrgat & and we get together every Sunday for football and food. Ordered from this place a total of two times and both times were bad. First time one of the wraps we ordered with LIGHT buffalo sauce was COVERED in buffalo sauce and had to wait for a new one. Second time today, ordered a total of four wraps and only was sent 3, I called to tell them and get my fourth wrap and owner or who ever the Italian guy was answering the phone was VERY rude and unprofessional I was trying to explain something and could not get ONE word in, he kept talking over me even after I said excuse me many times. Ive worked in customer service since Ive been able to work and even I know that is not how you treat customers or run a business and Im assuming this guy is the owner. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know and will never order again. Learn how to treat your customers.

I called to place an order. Nothing special, simple task, right? I was told it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, when I live 2 minutes from the place. I accidentally pocket dialed back, and the girl heard me complaining about the wait. She then called me back and chewed me out for being dis satisfied. This is the kind of people they hire? I would stay away if I were you.

Horrible service we ordered at 530 and it got delivered at 720 when they said it would take 45 minutes. Not only did we wait 2 hours for only two cheese pies but it was also cold and the crust was slimey. Very disappointed wouldnt suggest you to order from here. Also when we called to tell them they said "oh well, we will get you next time"

I use to work there part time for over a year in a half. I lost my full time job back in October and Carmine (owner) did what every he could do to get me more hours. Im back on my feet again and til this day I still go in to say hello. The food is awesome and you get what you pay for! They treat you like family. .
