So my card was declined at the window at 7am - i was in disbelief - and embarrassed, was sure they made mistake - i call my credit card and they say I have plenty on my card available. Iforgot my wallet with my cash and debit card. I go inside the store bc i am sure there was an error - again declined! Turns out I was behind two days on a payment on the card. The staff was unbelievable and paid for my coffee and the sandwich and cookie i had to have a t 7am---how embarrassed and RUDE i felt - but they didnt bat an eye and were beyond awesome!! Thank god my gf came to my rescue and paid for it later = even though they were refusing her money. That is true amazing customer service and more that i have NEVER seen. I am so thankful and mostly mortified haha

Great place. The staff here were incredibly nice and helpful the staff here where incredibly nice and helpful. Im in really above and beyond what they need to do they were just very friendly personable and cool and I really enjoyed talking to them. The quality of the beverages we were served with stop notch without a doubt. The atmosphere most comfortable and we hung out a little bit talking and enjoying our beverages and really had a nice time. One of the best Starbucks Ive been to

I had a seamless mobile order experience. Staff is friendly and efficient. Seemed like a fairly quiet spot (not as busy as expected on a Sunday). Drive thru was empty (Ive almost never seen that at a Starbucks). The location is a bit hard to access give how New Jersey highways are organized (jug handles etc).

Coffee was good and window server was polite and professional . Only reason this doesnt get five stars is the long wait at the drive thru. A good 10 minute wait before you can place your order . I guess its not their fault but its not mine either .

Drive thru takes too long!! I waited about 10 minutes before getting to the window and my drink still wasnt done. This has happened twice so far. I can only be late to work so many times. I know you are better than this Starbucks!!!!!

This is a nice Starbucks with a drive thru. However, it is hard to get to from rt 35 and rt 36. Its really crazy. Im sure the locals are laughing but being out of town it was tough. Either way its clean and has a nice airy place to sit.

Always fast service when I visit. Excellent baristas. This site always had some great treats, which I have not seen at other locations. They now have Siggis Icelandic yogurt (my personal fave.) They used to have on the go olive packs.

Fair location, they have trouble keeping the sandwiches cooking evenly here. Mostly smiling faces but a couple of real downers in the crew. I am looking forward to seeing the new drinks come out seasonally as well as the snacks.

This is not a starbucks, its Barnes and Noble Cafe. They serve most starbucks drinks but do not except the rewards , or app/ Starbucks gift card payment methods. The description of it as a starbucks is misleading.

Cant go to work without my Starbucks, it is hit or miss drinks are either really good or not. There are 2 people that let the shots sit to long and burn before adding to your drink. 90% of the staff is friendly.

my daughter lives for this place! last year for halloween; she printed out logo to cover her dd travel cup and dressed up looking like a real housewife of nj with the logo covering the cup!!! #lovestarbucks!

Pleasant experience after several visits here. Clean, auick, friendly. Doesnt have Reserve line which I prefer. Tougher to get to due jug handles typical of New Jersey. But, that is normal.
