Today I brought my mom to try Chipotle for the first time. I understand its fast-paced line so I ordered on behalf of my mother and I. Least to say, they had no respect, or courtesy for my mother and me. My mother is 60 years old, and their tone, and staring sarcastically towards us offended me. They continued to over talk me asking "Do you want black, or pinto beans?!" The girl repeated it several times as if I didnt hear her, when I was just trying to ask my mother how she would like her order. I responded to her, just give me a moment, this is my mothers first time here. But she didnt care, as if anything I said to her didnt mean anything. She continued to over talk me, so, "Do you want the b-l-a-c-k, or p-i-n-t-o beans?" But in a slow, sarcastic tone. I was disgusted, and bothered on how she just treated us. So I decided to tell a manager about my complaint. They could have been more courteous, respectful, and patient. They could have walked my mother through the process. Honestly, I dont think Ill ever dine in again at the East Brunswick location. Not only because of the disrespectful manner, but because the tables were so dirty, we personally had to clean off our own table. It could have been a better first time experience on behalf of my mother.

Bottom line: CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION!If I could give this specific location (E.Brunswick,NJ) zero stars, I would. I suggest going to almost any other location, instead, if you want your order/s to be correct and get the quality for which youre paying. EVERY SINGLE TIME anyone from our household has either ordered online for pick-up or has actually ordered in-person, the orders have been incomplete. Besides that, theyre completely scrimpy on their selections. If I order a salad bowl, and theres almost no lettuce in it, whats their definition of a salad bowl? If we want chicken added in, and pay for extra wraps, and neither is in the bag when we get home, those are significant errors. Its so consistently bad, that I am actually the last of five of us who will now drive the extra mile or two and use the North Brunswick location. Todays mess-up was the last straw. Go elsewhere.

0 stars ! This is the second issue I have with this location in less than a week. 1st one was last Thursday : I placed my order and paid with my credit card, once I left I notice I was charged twice ! I called back several times and the manager who barely speak any English told me they would only refund me if I still had the receipt and bank statement! Went back the next day and they were extremely rude, refund didnt go back to my card until last Wednesday, almost a week for a mistake that they made ! 2nd was today, my bf ordered to pick up and once he got home my order was just bad , portion size was way too small for a $8 meal! Definitely a rip off ! after I ate I was still hungry . I honestly dont know how people give them more than 3 stars! Place is always packed, portion is awful and you might ended up paying for someones meal, staff is lazy and store is always a mess!

Excellent food but below average service. I always order online and pick up at the register to skip the line. While I know they get hectic around lunchtime, its no excuse for attitude and disorganization. Once while speaking to the woman at the counter to clarify that I was paying with gift card and the balance with credit card, she turned away while I was mid-sentence like I wasnt even there. She wouldnt make eye contact and then the food was just handed wordlessly to me. Im not there for small talk, but I would think "thank you" or even "heres your food" would be part of basic human nicety. At least crack a smile, yesh! Other times, it seemed like there was great confusion about orders placed online (where the food is, what the customers name is, whats in the order, etc.). Definitely double-check your orders if youre picking up.

I went there on 8/30. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to place an order, the guy behind the counter is least bothered to take my order. I ordered 3 burrito bowls. The quantity of rice and beans that he put in my bowl was so less. He did not bother to ask me whether I wanted onions and peppers. When I mentioned that I wanted the veggies, he said that they are cooking and will take 5 minutes. He asked me to come back and pick it up if I needed it. After putting in cheese and lettuce, my bowl looked so empty. My wife said the same thing when I took the order and sat down to eat. I am positive that this place is not putting in the right portion as suggested for this item. After 5 minutes I go back to get the veggies and what I get is not more than 3-4 slices of onions and peppers per container. I am never going there again.

Its chipotle! Aka burrito heaven! This location is in a busy mall on Rt. 18, lines can be long at lunch but they move quickly. You can order online to save time, but beware, often they dont begin to make your order until you arrive, at which point things become rushed and chaotic (like giving my coworkers chicken salad bowls without any chicken!). The food is excellent and on par with other Chipotle locations, but this particular location drops a star or so because of the repeated online order issues. Seriously, guys, if people have an hour for lunch and theyre driving 15-20 minutes each way to get there - if you promise to have an order ready in 45 minutes, please do so, and accurately. Everybody makes the occasional error, but if it happens almost every time ...

Heres why I will never being going there even if Im craving it and this Chipotle is the only one in the area. Extreme rude workers pushing you along without listening to what you really want. Then why should I bother telling you what I want if you are not going to follow it? Can you get hot sauce on the side at other locations? Yes. Can you get two different types of sauces in your burrito at other locations? Yes. Then why am I denied both options at this place? They told me that if I wanted more sauce, I needed to pay for it. Seriously? For one spoon of sauce? We were slightly upset about the service and the food wasnt any better as my mom found a strand of hair in her burrito. Definitely wont be going back anytime soon

The steak was bloody inside, the peppers and unions were not ready ,the lettuce was cut in big chunks, cold tortillas and the burrito didnt even had any type of flavor,.. but guess what?! 10 people working in there!!!.. furthermore, no customer service what so ever and no manners..2 other customers in front of us they were very angry and complained.. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Go & spend your money somewhere else where at least the food is all worth it!!! This place is Superrrrr disorganized P.S.we ♡ Chipotle but not at this location !!
