The food is amazing, very fresh, made to order. Service is good but occasionally inconsistent--Have had to ask for grated cheese on a couple of occasions, most servers just offer it. Have never had a bad experience here. A hidden Gem. we keep coming back. One "complaint" is that they play the same CD of "italian music" over and over and it can get very loud, so you cant hear your dinner conversation "when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie" that sort of music. Gets old fast. Some nice light background music would be much nicer. BYOB.

Received a gift certificate in 2015 after a horrible anniversary dinner experience. Decided to give them another chance. Service was great, he was a doll. Food was terrible. We felt bad saying anything since we were using a gift certificate. The salmon was over cooked and had a bad odor coming from it. But the bathrooms are always nice... thats a relief. Haha. Extra star for the jergens soap.

Shittiest service Ive ever experienced in my life, not from the waiters or waitresses. Theyre disrespected. I watched the manager make a girl cry. The owners and also manager are rude & unorganized. Learn how to treat people who work for you & run a restaurant.... Amateurs. Oh..... But the chicken parm was excellent!

It used to be one of our favorite places to eat , but in recent couple years it has disappointed. Undercooked crab stuffing, poor service, etc...Will not visit any longer and its a shame, wife and I used to enjoy it here. Hasnt been the same since original owner passed away and business was taken over by another.

Service is horrible... I asked for broiled shrimp and they gave me fried, I then got my broiled and it smelled rancid. Not to mention my cousin asked for water, and wasnt given it until he asked for the 5th time. I had to return my non-diet coke twice because they gave me diet, they never gave me non-diet coke.

Food was great ,service was rushed but was still a great deal for what we ate .nice decor in dinning room.waiter was attentive. More so than waitress. But over all great fresh food .I will be back to this place .as I write this review Im sitting in main dinning room continplating if I should have dessert.

Decent staff. Cheaply made disgusting food. Plus, they ran out of straws, Russian dressing and NY cheesecake on a Thursday night at 6pm, while being 3/4 empty. The poor waitress was very embarrassed. The owners of this place should be ashamed. However, pretty decor...

Ordered pick up the lady who answered the phone was very nice and polite. We picked our food up which was pasta and it seeped through the container and all into the bag. My order also had clumps of cheese in it which I did not ask for and a piece of hair in it.

The service was good and the place looks beautiful. The crab cake appetizer was good. However, the actual meal was not very good, they forgot to put the olives on our pizza and the onion were in chunks and almost raw.. The tour of Italy was mediocre at best.

We had a birthday party here and the food was amazing. The restaurant is bring your own wine so you can save a good amount by bringing your own. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Overall reasonably good meal chick marsala, lasagna, bolognase. Salad returned, was soggy. Bread was dry. Large portions. Easy to fix to get it right.
