I have come here frequently due to the convenience of the drive-thru. It has taken me awhile to sit down and write this review. I will usually pass off bad service or a messed up order as a fluke. But, my experience last night was just so terrible that I decided to warn others away from here. For some reason, I waited around 10-15 minutes just to get up to the window. And, when I got there, I waited 5 minutes for my drink to be prepared. I did not order a frappuccino or anything like that. I ordered an iced coffee with skim milk and extra ice. Now, Im not going to claim that Im an authority on the layout of the drive-thru starbucks. That being said, I am almost positive that one of the baristas filled up my iced coffee with like a quarter of tap water. I am not sure, but I saw the cup be filled by a tap. Im not sure if that was tap water or coffee. So, take that as you will. My recommendation? Check out Track 5 in town instead. Much friendlier service and much better coffee. And, you can get a nice dessert or frozen drink if thats more your thing. If you must have Starbucks, take a short drive and go to the one in town. Getting out of your car and walking into the store will provide you with a much better coffee experience than this drive-thru.

Well as we all know the complaint with Star Bucks is not having enough staffing. For a strictly drive through location thats a problem. The drinks and food are as expected, but the wait time in a drive through is ridiculous. It simply could be fixed by more staff. Its better to go into a walk location the wait time is about half compared to this drive through.

6/21 i went there today and they didnt put the top on right on my hot coffee and it spilled all over my shirt and leg and cell phone.. make sure your top is on fully or you will get burned as did i...my leg i and stomach are burned red.. all they offered me were next time i come coffee is on them..big whoop my whole order should be on them...

convenient location but they cant seem to ever get an order correct. ordered a regular coffee and got iced coffee instead (in a regular coffee cup and I didnt realize it was cold until we drove off). Or I order a "light" frapp and they give you whipped cream. I dont know, this place is bizarre. Edited to add - this is the Starbucks from hell

Its great to have a Starbucks kiosk right around the corner from me because the closest ones are on the west coast I happen to know this is the only one on the east coast and theyre doing a helluva job

You have to be crazy to buy a cup of coffee here not to mention need about a hour to get it. A drive trough coffee shop with lines out into the surrounding streets makes it a little dangerous to boot.

$6 for one coffee and it is wrong? Seriously? Im going back to paying $3.50 at Dunkin right next door. They may not have a drive through but Im paying almost half the price and they get it right.

Though this place is a drive through, the baristas are super friendly and take the time to get to know you. They take great care of their customers and really appreciate their regulars.

Very friendly staff. Only problem is that people in the drive thru intentionally dont move up and leave a lot of space in between cars which causes cars to wait on the road!

One of my guilty pleasures. Great little drive thru but cant get crowded at times. Not sure a proper traffic study was done before location was built.
