While everyone knows that I love Starbucks, it is hard to say this in a nice way, but this store needs [some serious] improvement. The staff is perfect, but theyre not given the resources to truly shine, as they would, if the products were actually what theyre supposed to be. I drink espresso, over ice, but mostly unadulterated, and Im regretting to inform them that it just doesnt taste like it should, nor, has it tasted like it should, for YEARS now. I had to remove my 5 Star review from Maps not only because the espresso tastes like it could rehydrate you after a long workout; just not even close to what espresso should taste like - and the worst part is, they all know it! "The machine just got fixed" is what they say, but after remaking the espresso on all THREE bars, with no noticable improvement, something has to be said and something needs to be DONE! I know that Im almost done. Maybe the Store Manager doesnt know, or doesnt care, or maybe the DM thinks its fine the way it is; but as a former barista, twice now, I can tell you, its not - and when I looked and asked for the card for the District Manager, not one could be found, though its supposed to be located by the bar where you get your drinks. I should not be so critical if I didnt care so much about Starbucks and its reputation, I would hope that their care would be commensurate with my own, a proud, former barista.

My family does a great deal of travel by car. As such, I have a certain expectation of Starbucks. I know that my drink will be consistent and the bathrooms are always clean. This Starbucks was the exception to that rule. Both restrooms had wet floors from what appeared to be overflow, no toilet paper and dirty toilets and sinks. My drink order was no better. I ordered a venti peppermint white mocha frappuccino with an extra shot. I was handed a drink that was missing the shot and had no whipped cream. While I was fine without having whipped cream, I would have appreciated being asked and had just overheard a conversation between the baristas talking about being out and whose turn it was to make more. When I noted that the extra shot was missing, I was asked if I still "really" wanted it. A disappointing experience from a company whose consistency and service I can generally count on.

Probably the worst run Starbucks Ive ever seen. It is a regular stop because of convenience, but Im going to have to find a different place. This is not a single bad experience review. The main problem is slow service. Even a few person line can take 10 minutes or more to get through. Supplies (half and half, sugar, napkins, etc) are often out of stock. The lock on one bathroom door is broken right now as well. They stop making non Pikes drip after 5. Today they totally were out of all drip coffees at about 6:15. The place seems poorly managed. Staff constantly seems new and there is not the normal care and efficiency I see at other Starbucks. Id recommend finding another coffee shop.

I dont know why i keep coming to this location but this is the final time i will be going here. This girl swore she made me a double choco chip frapp. Meanwhile its dark as night and bitter as hell and says java chip. She did not make me a new one. And this location is ALWAYS out of stock of something. Whether its cake pops or sandwiches. Honestly go to a different location this one is trash.

Went to the Starbucks in Oakland last night, and was turned off by the fact that A) even on a Saturday night, they close at 10, which is annoyingly early for a weekend, and B) they didnt have any water left. I wound up getting an "Evolution Fresh" vegetable drink, which quite frankly was vile. Will definitely continue to go to Starbucks, but probably not this particular branch.

Terrible Starbucks and the entire store is disgusting! The garbage are jammed full, the bathrooms are nasty, the counters are gross and the floors seemed as if they have never cleaned them. And to top it off they made my drink hot when I ordered it cold! I am more than unimpressed!!!! Service takes forever!!!!

13 min late opening in the morning. No welcoming by any of three staff, Bathrooms were gross, no toilet paper, manager? Was talking to another employee about last night where drug paraphernalia in the store and had police there. I did not buy anything to support them

They have a black apron coffee master there who is ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGGGGGG!!! He made me one of the BEST salted caramel mocha coffees and told me how to order it!!!!!! <3 <3 <3 This place because of him!!! Nobody else can make my drink for me ever again except him!

Snacks and coffee were good cos they are of Starbucks. But the employees all youngsters, seemed unwelcoming, loud and even rude at times. The service was slower than at other Starbucks locations. May not choose this location for coffee again.

45 mins only to find out they lost our order. No apologies, no attempts to make it right, and the drinks we finally got were subpar at best. If they are busy-walk away!!!!!!!! They will only take your money and waste your time.

Drive through 7/19/16 5:50pm. My order is standing in front of the guy taking my order. He charges me and than closes the door. Comes back and I ask him why didnt you just give my order says I cant do 2 things at once. Wow..

Soooooo slow service. Employees are more worried about filling around and having fun and joking and talking then serving customers and making drinks. Otherwise just your normal run of the mill Starbucks.

Friendly staff and quick service, but the lovely smell of new Jersey outside made our tough to really think about my coffee until I was back on the road a bit. Bathrooms werent the cleanest either.

Its a pleasant Starbucks with a nearby Walgreens if supples are needed on a trip. Easy to get back on 287. They have wireless charging (Qi) at their high tops at the front window. Easy parking.

☕Came here on a Sunday morning for coffee. A bit busy, but we got our stuff on time. Nice location, clean store, lots of room, helpful baristas, what more could u want? ☕ Maddie is great.

The parking lot is a bit nuts with the placement of the drive thru, but inside its a fine, standard Starbucks. The staff was more courteous than most, so that was nice.
