My friends and I ordered a pizza today at a little after midnight (since they were the only pizzeria open), and had to wait an hour to call back and find out that the card we used was declined. No big deal, but they should have called to let us know so the problem could be resolved. Finally, almost two hours after first placing the order, we get the pizza. We just got off work and were happy--irritated because of how long it took, but happy. We finally open it, and realized that it was cool--not cold, but cool. Fine, whatever, well deal with it. However, as the four of us were each eating a slice, I looked closely at the pizza that was left and realized that we had received a pizza that was clearly two halves of two old pizzas put together and hastily (and slightly) reheated. This was the last straw--we paid money to have a fresh pizza delivered. So I called to voice our complaint. I wasnt looking for a refund. I asked to speak to the manager, and had to wait a minute with loud noises in my ears (which was fine, because I get that its a food service business). Finally, the manager comes on, and I start to explain the situation. To his credit, he did say we can return the pizza. However, we had already started eating it, and I was trying to explain that to him. He began it interrupt me as I was speaking, and I kept saying, "Excuse me." He proceeded to scream at me and claiming he would never serve a pizza in that condition. I asked him to let me finish speaking, because all I wanted to do was let him know what happened. He refused and began to curse at me. I dont care if the manager felt personally insulted--we had a legitimate complaint and he began to curse at his customer. I will never order from this pizzeria again after being treated this terribly, and I will advise everyone not to eat there. If youre willing to order pizza at a normal hour, Pizza 46 is much friendly, and has better quality food.

Well after comming here for the last 5+ years I have to say food quality is above most pizza joints and the meatballs are super ! I have seen the fustration on the owners face as I overheard calls from dorms and customers at 1am so drunk they could barely place the order. Delivery guys that couldnt find their way back or call in that were lost or no one answering the door. If you have a open mind, and a reasonable concern I am sure you will be well taken care of. Yes most people cant text quick enough when they are Pissed off, so finally I needed to say drop in and give it a try and remember how you really felt on some of your worst days dealing with yo yos, watch how hard these guys try to make everyone happy and to those that had a bad experience I am sorry to hear of your bad time, you might want to try again. Thanks 3 west for some of the best late night food and personal attention to my requests! 5 stars well deserved from me.

The absolute worst experience Ive had with a food service operation EVER! I have worked in upper management in the food service industry for over 15 years. Including stints responsible for over $115 million in revenue. My family has and continue to own Italian restraurants along the east coast. 1. Marsala is not pink. 2. Bread should not be cooked in a microwave. 3. Antipasto is not Ham, Cheese, Romaine, and tomatoes. It took close 2 hours for our order to be delivered. When we called to inquire, we were told it was because of the Chicken Marsala... Were you looking up a recipe? Because that wasnt it. The pizza was rubber, thick and chewy. The bread would have tasted better had it been baked in an Easy Bake Oven. Our order was for 11 people and not one single person was pleased with their order. Do yourself a favor and starve.

Never cared to leave a review up until today. Ive enjoyed the pizza here, but decided that I wont be coming here after my experience. Ive seen the owner countless times and ignored the service because the pizza is good, however after today i decided to voice my review. Owner is miserable, doesnt smile, treats his customers bad. I came in at 2:30am and ordered a pie with some friends, right at 3am was kicked out and we werent even finished eating. After telling him that I always eat here, and maybe he would let us finish eating, he showed that he didnt care that we had slices unfinished. I really hope you see this. Ive referred countless people here. To anyone coming here take a look at his drink refrigerator, there mold literally growing. Good pizza, place is gross and service is horrible.

Ordered food for 11 people and was given a 45-minute window of delivery. After over an hour, we called and were told the Chicken Marsala was the reason for the holdup. Two hours later, the food arrived. It was all cold. The pizza was mediocre, at best, one of the orders was completely wrong and a member of our party wept openly over his bitterly cold, mushy onion rings. I ordered the chicken wrap and a salad. The chicken was so dry I had to wash it down with copious amounts of liquid. Other reviews from our party: "The pizza would have been nice if the crust had been made the same year as the rest of it." "I eat anything and everything. This food made me sad." "Marsala is not supposed to be pink." "Do yourself a favor and starve."

Asked where he is from because he was open on Christmas. Tunisia. Asked if he was Muslim and he said no and then got defensive like he was part of isis.. I happen to like Muslim countries and have traveled to a few in N Africa. I was trying to conversate with the guy but the dork was too close minded and instead denied us service. Ok buddy, Ill just go to another of the 1000 pizza places. No wonder your reviews are terrible. Youre an embarrassment to your fellow Tunisians and represent them poorly. Bottom line, the guy is miserable and has terrible people skills. Pizza ok but if you care about service go elsewhere.

The owner is extremely rude as we waited for our pizza to heat up a customer called in the phone with a large order and on his end of the conversation all I heard was him saying im not reading it back to you and he told them you know what Im not doing it call grub hub and he said after they questioned him he said yeah just like that Im not doing it and hung up the only reAson we go is because of the buffalo pizza and lately they havent made it when its the best selling pizza they have the guy always has an attitude and treats his customers like trash

You get no stars! I wish I can post without clicking a star. The guy gave me an attitude when all I wanted was a cooked well done pizza. I only called once and he complained that I called supposedly four times for one pizza. When I only called once and he cut me off and told me hell call me back. By the way he never called back he was just avoiding his customer. He kept putting me on hold. Bad service overall. I recommend this place to no one ever!
