The staff and managers here are an unhappy lot, sometimes rude (managers in particular). The store is not well run. Orders often take longer than they should and are served with things missing, wrong, or forgotten. Breakfast is a mess, they run out of biscuits early and often. I ordered a milkshake and the manager lady shoved it at me with no whipped cream. She liked at me like I was in the wrong, when usually it is served with it! They ask if you want cheese on your Whopper but dont tell you that it costs extra ("You want cheese on that?" as opposed to "Would you like to *add* cheese to that?") When they get an order wrong they are not apologetic at all. Tables are often dirty. Smiles must cost extra. Andrew Taylors review below mirrors an experience I have had as well: lights on, sign says open, but no reply at the drive thru. On another visit, I ordered a milkshake, but the lady just said, "Shake machine was just cleaned." Well thats a good thing, right? No, what she meant was that theyve shut it down for the night. Apparently I was supposed to deduce that from her one-phrase reply. It was not right up against closing time or anything. But if you come in on a good day, the theme is retro 50s, which is fun, with nostalgic signage, an antique gas pump, and an Elvis mannequin. Theres also a kids play land outside, and cardboard crowns available for the asking. Food is cheap and coupons come in the mail. On the whole, though, youll have a much better experience at Vinelands two other Burger Kings, or at the McDonalds youll encounter on your way there.

ok ,that is a last time i stopped at this "restaurant" ! i asked for tender crisp chicken sandwich and small fries with small sprite ,but when i paid (drive thru) i saw on my receipt charge for medium order ,so i asked girl in the window can she refund my money ,she said it is only 40 cents and if i care for pie ? i said i dont want pie ,just the small order ,so she gave me sandwich and fries and closed window - 30 seconds later older lady (manager ?) showed up with another order for guys behind me and asked what happened - told her waiting for my change - she screamed "oh my God ! " and gave my 40cents back - the kicker is when i opened sandwich at work - the whole chicken was burned bad ! it was black ! i got pictures ! LAST TIME !

Every time I go they botch up my order one way or another. Either the person at the register doesnt hear me, or rings it in wrong or the people doing food prep dont know how to read a screen and follow preparation instructions. Whatever it is...this Burger King has consistently given me issues. Poor customer service, inappropriate conduct from the employees while customers are in the store, and lackadaisical(old or even cold) quality of food- which is not the case in any other establishment Ive visited.

This BK has the worst service, food is rarely fresh and they dont open on time. Consider their posted hours more of a suggestion rather than hours they are open. I eat at 2 other BK in Vineland from time to time and rarely have an issue. Its fast food store run by kids. I dont expect perfection. But at least show an effort once and a while. I live less than 1/2 mile from the Buena BK. I will not go back regardless of the convenience.

Sign said open and got no answer at the drive thru...pulled around to the window and employees saw us...short hispanic female laughed and smiled then turned the outside lights off and just stared at us...the night shift manager came to the window and said they closed at 10:30...very ignorant unprofessional and these are the people that want $15 an hour!!!

Bad!!! Highest BK prices of any Burger King in the USA, and the manager who responded to my complaint threatened to call the police on me!! Simply not worth my time!!!
