Horrible experience. We had ordered food from here and were told that we would get a General Twos chicken for free since our order was more than $25 (our order easy for approximately $49). When we get to the restaurant to pick up the food, were told that the offer is for cash only. The General Tso was already made and placed in the large box with the rest of our order. We told them that it was not mentioned that the deal was for cash only and that we have been customers for a while and that we actually drive 30 minutes to get their food since we enjoy it. While my husband was saying this, the man at the counter who I believe is owner, turned his head to the side and snickered while he took it out of the box with the rest of put food. Next thing you know, and I am NOT exaggerating, he takes the General Tso and THROWS it onto the counter and says to leave. I would give them ZERO stars, if I could. Never have we been treated that way. We are just one customer, but they lost us that day.

When order pickup the credit card machine or the employee using it malfunctions but the customer has already left. Following them to their house and yelling at them demanding the 12 dollars in cash is the last thing you should do especially when said customer visits 2-3 times a month. Instead you got a bag of food thrown at you and lost a regular customer. Was the 12 dollars worth it?

As Far as Hot & Sour Soup goes nothing compares to JING WHA in San Fransisco! The Hot & Sour at CHINA FAMILY (made to order before your eyes) runs a close third. Thats saying alot since good Hot & Sour is impossible to find locally.

We just ordered Pork with Garlic sauce and Shrimp Egg foo young. I must say its the best I ever had. The Egg foo young was loaded with shrimp and it was absolutely delicious.

Disgusting... my boyfriend ordered ribs they werent even cooked...the rice was mushy..they gave one soy sauce asked for another the man said NO!!! Never again.

Ordered 2 Tsos dinners, delivery time was a bit slow. Food wasnt hot, the flavor wasnt there, and even left us feeling unwell. NEVER AGAIN
