Visited this new location the other day. Used the drive thru and ordered two hamburgers with ketchup. Most, if not all, Roy Rogers drive thrus serve their burgers dry, with your toppings on the side. Very inconvenient, and no different here. Get my food, check it, and my order is wrong: 2 cheeseburgers. I park, go inside, and my order is corrected quickly. I leave, start to eat, and am disappointed with how dry the food was. I will not be returning.

Pleasantly surprised to see this restaurant. But also surprised to see the new prices. Wowzer!!! They have The prices the location in Penn Station NYC use to have before closing except we all know its NYC. We are going to pay more. I had a meal, white meat and one side. It was $13. I was shocked. Im still unsure why one meal for one person, not a family meal, was $13. The food was hot. It was great but unfortunately I wont be patronizing.

Tried for the first time last week chicken was very dry, Tried again tonight chicken still very dry, got cold fries, dry overcooked biscuits, nasty instant mashed potatoes and they forgot the sauces I requested for my tenders. Worst $50 spent in a while. I will give them one for try, but not for a couple of months from now, hopefully they will get all the kinks out by than, if its still nasty and dry I will never return again.

posted menu said Chicken Caesar Salad $4.89. When I ordered it the cashier put in Caesar Salad $4.69, chicken $1.99. When I showed the cashier the sign, he called over a manager who told me that the sign was wrong and needed to be changed but the price the cashier put in was correct. I said "forget it, false advertising" and left. I will never go to this franchise again. This manager needs customer service training.

Absolutely delicious ...Not ur average fast food spot ...Visited off hrs it wasnt busy sonoftern times at fast food spots the food is old or cold. ..The burger was hot and fresh and the fries were hot and fresh also ...Best part is they butter and grill the bun and it gives the burger a home cooked taste ....Also cheaper than expected !! Def coming back

My husband had been awaiting the opening of Roy Rogers in Brick. Our opinion was that the food was poor and restaurant was dirty. Will will not be returning as I am sure others who tried this new fast food restaurant would agree. With the front of the restaurant being so neglected we can imagine the lack of cleanliness in the food prep area.

Years ago, many years ago some may remember the NJ Turnpike Service area had a Roy Rogers. It was always worth the stop. Great mashed potatoes with gravy and Cole slaw. Always a treat. Roast Beef sandwiches "to die for. NOW THERE BACK!

Staff was very nice, the fresh lettuce, tomato and pickle dress-up area was refreshing. It looks like they make sure its freshened up often. The chicken and roast beef sandwiches tasted exactly as I remember them as a kid, delicious!

Wow!! Awesome roast beef!!! I love the fixns bar as well. Havent been to a Roy Rogers since they pretty much disappeared from New Jersey years ago. Was always my favorite fast food restaurant. Hopefully more will open. Ill be back!!

This is one of the new restaurants and it is really good as far as the food. The help was really off when I was there. They seemed overwhelmed or not paying attention to what I asked for. My coworker also had order issues.

You just cant beat a gold rush chicken sandwich. Always a solid choice and the best thing on the menu. The dessert options are also great. Hot apple crisp sundae is the way to go
