This is the absolute worst KFC ever put into existence. The Colonel would be rolling over in his grave. The "help" is beyond rude, and will cheat you on the amount of food and quality of food that you should get. Every time I go in there, theres a different person waiting on me (mostly dumb teenagers) that try their hardest to make the experience as unpleasant as they possibly can - and seem to take joy in it. This is not just an arbitrary review, I have given this place several chances.

I was so disappointed with my meal, I was looking forward to it all day! The customer service was great but both my wedges and chicken fillet in my sandwich were old. It tasted like either it had been re-fried many times or it was fried in very old oil. Im so angry, this should not be allowed to happen, I had to throw most of it away. If I had the time I would have taken it back for a refund. Very disappointing...

Service is terrible here. There is this one black girl who is very disrespectful and thats my second going there ar night and she was there both times. I will never go back there again. She speaks very nasty to customers and rolls her eyes alot even when ypure being polite. Made me feel uncomfortable

Kentucky needs to make sure the food is always fresh.As for today the service was great but the food was old and dry.you could hardly taste the flavor. Because were in the Urban area we deserve to be treated with the freshly food at all times.

Other than the food was ok..part of the employees were with certain attitude..you ask them a question their face expression was like hurry up and leave which made me very uncomfortable I been there before and is first time it happens

i go to kfc with no problem most of the time i ordered mash potatos and when i took a a bite there was a used condom i went to the hospital to make sure i would be ok everythings fine but i will never go there again!
