Harborside Grill has a nice menu, and the food was well prepared. The service was very good. They have numerous interesting pasta dishes, and also a good varitey of other dishes. The Chef obviously specializes in sauces, which were all very well thought out and prepared. I especially liked the Spring Roll which is filled with an abundance of tender chicken, however it was overly large (spring rolls are typically rather small, but these were like egg rolls). 2 smaller ones would have been better than one large one, in my opinion. The 2 sauces they were served with were wonderful (a chinese mustard sauce and a soy-based sauce). Overall, they lack some small details, such as freshly grated parmasean cheese for the pasta dishes, or freshly ground black pepper. The salad was very generic iceberg lettuce as well. These small details would make a huge difference, as the menu and preparation seem to deserve them - they would add a star for this restaurant in my book.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. It used to be my go to since I live nearby, always having good food. Now it is very inconsistent. They change the menu on a regular basis, but their website menu is several years old. They always miss something in the order, without fail. Also the food is very inconsistent. I dont know if they have multiple chefs, but you can order the same item and get two different dishes depending on the day. I have spoken to the manager before, and he just seems to have an "I dont care" attitude which explains a lot. I used to really like this place, but it has gone down hill. I still try it every now and then, but I am usually disappointed.

Have been here in the past and it is definitely going downhill. One of the chairs was filthy at the table, service was bad, they charged an extra $5 for a little crappy salad to be added to an entree. Ordered pasta with sausage and it tasted horrible, we also ordered nachos that had the most disgusting cheese, the menu said shredded cheese but it tasted, smelled and looked like the fake rubber can or whatever you call it stuff. It smelled so bad a person next to us made a comment out loud to their group of people. This place doesnt even deserve one star.

My husband and I stopped by to get a bite to eat. The menu has a good variety but we chose to stick with a burger and cubano sandwich. We order the burger medium rare--it was well. We asked if they would not put the hot peppers on the cubano--it came as if we had asked for extra! We asked for a basket of fries and were served a side with my burger. After we received our food it took a good 10 minutes until our waitress came by to see how our meal was, when we told her--she blamed the kitchen staff and that was it no apologies. We will not go back again.

As a bar to go drink at, its great, but as a restaurant to have dinner at; not so much. Its very dark, with very, very little lighting, its a miracle if youre even able to read the menu to order. The food is nothing to write home about. Its not bad, but its not the best either. So if youre looking to go out & grab some drinks with your buddies, I definitely recommend Harborside, but if youre looking to go out & have a nice dinner, keep searching somewhere else.

Love the place. Go all the time. The staff is fun and love the bartenders. Have live bands there sometimes. Amazed at tge talent. AH is my favorite town. Looks out over the city. Food is really good. Depends on what you get. Theres bar food but its a restaurant too. Do yourself a favored and check it out. Not a five star restaurant. More a casual fun place and pretty decent menu.

No.. no.. no... The food was over cooked and for a seafood place they have six items on the menu. Then the waitress tried to charge us eight bucks for a side salad that she hid as a "drink charge"? I was told by the waitress that I would be getting a different beer then I ordered because "they are all the same". This place is awful and I will never return again.

My experience has always been wonderful at the Harborside. The food is always absolutely delicious. The service and atmosphere are second to none. The staff treat you like family and the prices are always as fair as can be expected. Michael and Courtney are wonderful hosts.

The first time (about a month before) it was excellent!! But NOW the food sucked!!! All the food tasted like burnt stuff! Maybe a different cook???? Calamiri-the first time I had a whole plate-the 2nd time I had a cup??????? WHY??? Still have to pay the same????

Just walked in holiday weekend. We were told they cant seat anyone because they are short staffed and place was empty. Not the wait staffs fault. But we will never go back. Who owns this place? Mickey Mouse?

Always great! Darren is the best bartender and the food is always fresh and delicious. Kudos to the kitchen. Specials are special too. Fyi put Miller lite back on tap.

I had filet mignon tips with grilled asparagus and my girlfriend had arugula salad with chicken. Out of this world. Defenitily worth a repeat visit
