Not Good. Your new Hostess/Bar Maid (from Brickeeeees) made it a point that chit-chat with other patrons was more important than welcoming new customers. Very, Very unattentive to customer needs; once again, reminising of stories was more important. I even had one of your regulars call upon her to attend to me, but to no avail/response---embarassing to say the least. What happened to your past staff personnel? They were great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used to be happy coming to your place. Should I find another local spot? Signed: Losing Confidence.

Very friendly spot for a stranger to walk in packed bar got one of the last spots at the video poker and I think her name was Karri? Shes quite capable of pouring while still takin good care of everyone shes one of the reasons why Ive just found my spot in Reno the other reasons, all the other people there good people and I dont know anyone in Reno besides my brother and family so I can give an unbiased opinion of a real welcoming and nice place with good folks as well!

Wow! Awesome food! Great prices! I work in the same shopping center and went over for some lunch, the hostess was very quick and attentive. The atmosphere is nice. I ordered the bacon blue burger. Probably the best burger Ive ever had. No joke.

Nice place for a light lunch. A little short on substance though. Tiny scoop of potato salad, which tasted more like egg salad, and 4 onion rings.
