I had lunch at High Sierra on a Sunday afternoon together with several girlfriends. It was my first time at this restaurant. Drinks. I ordered one of the Royale martinis, and so did my friend. What we got was two completely different drinks. Check out my picture below. I get it, sometimes the bartender can mix drinks using different measurements, I was a bartender myself, but knowing that two same drinks go to the same table and making them differently is just a failure of bartending scope of practice. My friend asked a bit more Chambord to be added to her drink since it lacked color and flavor that my drink had. The waitress promised to do that, but never showed up with the bottle of delicious Raspberry liquor. I guess she knew we would have stole the whole bottle... Food. Bar food at its worst. This is what I can say about my BLT sandwich that had crystallized butter on the toast. The whole sandwich tasted like frozen butter. Really gross. Service. Meh... Would I go back? Probably not. And if I do, I will probably order french fries and beer. Who can screw that up?

The service is horrible, the place is a mess and no one that works there is even in sight. It took almost 30 minutes to be acknowledged and once we were, it was to only be told someone else would be with us. After another 15 minutes we were assisted and only half our table was able to give their order - we had to ask the girl to come back to finish taking our order! A complete joke. I am surprised this place is still open. Oh, and the "manager" was standing and chit chatting with a customer the WHOLE TIME. We almost thought it might have been a prank and any minute tv cameras were going to come out and say we passed their patience test.

Im not sure if I should remove one more star. The food was decent but I have to say the customer service blows. Asked for waters for two which took awhile only to leave one straw, no biggie. Then they never came back for our order, we had to get up to tell the waitress we were ready. They brought fries after asking for onion rings. Had to wait for water refills while watching them stand behind the bar laughing it up. and lastly they never brought us our alcoholic beverages we had asked for from the beginning....

I went here for lunch with a coworker on a midweek day. There was hardly anyone here, and we were sat in the bar area where the bartender was our server. She looked like she was miserable, hated being there and didnt want us to be there at all. She barely looked at us, didnt smile, and made it obvious that we were not welcome. The food was subpar at best, overpriced and slow in coming (remember I was on lunch from work.) I would NOT recommend this place.

Ive been here 2 times, the food and drinks are good but the service sucks. Waitresses are very awkward and dont care about checking on you. Waiting 15-20 mins after me and my boyfriend finished our food to get our check and they werent even that busy. Like I said food and drinks was good but I probably wont come here again. Oh also you have to try to get around people dancing to even get to the restroom. Gets very annoying.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. They have a fantastic selection of dressings and their side salad could serve as a meal in itself. We had the mushroom Swiss burger and the tritip sandwich, both were very good and although I dont usually order dessert there was no way I could resist their dessert menu. This was my first visit but I will definitely be coming back.

Eh... me and a friend did the Sunday brunch buffet. Some food was good but most was lacking. Chile Verde was on point though lol. mimosas were mostly OJ. But on a more specific note the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I havent yet tried the regular menu so this review is solely for the Sunday brunch.

Received great service. Came in a party of 3 and was sat down right away. The beer selection was good. The burger I ordered was cooked just the way I had asked it was very flavorful and juicy. Loved the pint for penny special they have on Mondays. Will definitely be coming back!

Our favorite like neighborhood place - never a wait. Fish tacos with mango salsa! - and I can eat here gluten free / always careful, though. Friendly servers, and we like the party atmosphere in the adjacent bar, several times a month, and the special events now and then.

The service is above average. We are always greeted by friendly staff and the menu is very diverse. Sunday brunch has lots of good choices and a great value! Seating is always quick as is the service.

I felt comfortable when I walked in alone and searched for my friends. I thought the staff was very friendly. However, that beer price for happy hour was too high @ $3.50 for one glass of beer.

Great staff but the tri-tip sandwhich was average, at best. Some of the other food looked delicious and the fries were great but this is Fresno, tri-tip is worth two stars here.
