Went there for dinner with a party of 4 didn’t look that busy plenty of open tables. Took like 25 minutes to seat us and about 45 minutes to bring our food out.when the finally brought food out they said they accidentally gave my food to another table so that their making it right now.after about a 25 minute wait I had a manager come up and apologize saying its on its way out i said can I just cancel order cause my family already finished their food she said she would take care of my order and it should be out soon.so after another 25 minute wait I finally just ask for the check the waitress brought the the check 15 minutes later with my order in a to go box.they comped my 10 dollar sandwich for having to wait almost a hour before they brought my food out.plus my wife ordered a buffalo chicken salad and the order came out with no sauce and she had to wait about 15 minutes for them to bring her sauce out.also I agree with a review it read a lot of staff standing around doing nothing. Worst experience i every had.

I have come here on more than one occasion. Tonights visit was the worst. As I asked for seating for a party of nine.....The response I got from the lady doing seating was all the servers are on break it will be a half hour to seat you....Then she says oh its going to be an hour wait. I asked to speak to person in charge...Another person comes and says I will seat you right now. We were seating around 515pm and place our order at 530....the server apreantly did not put it in to computer until 550. At 630 I asked for our good as my kids were hungry. They could not tell me how much longer, so I requested a manager. I was just gonna pay for our beverages and leave. He asked we stay and povided us with a free meal. I was not looking for free meal just better customer service.

I was sadly expecting a better experience than at the other location, but no dice. Refused my cousins given to me by the training manager before opening, waiting 10 min to get additional sauce after my wings came with virtually no sauce on them, and then I was seating close to the kitchen, and watched a cook whistling at staff to get there attention, rude rude rude. The only silver lining was my server Tony, as nice as she was, I believe she went on break mid meal when i was needing service. Now Im waiting what had been about 10 minutes on change for 100 dollar bill before I can leave. Lastly, the wings have gotten much smaller since my last experience, same size as wing stop now,they used to be generous in size.

Excellent service and the wings were more meaty than Fridays or Hooters. Little more pricy though and thier "craft" beer is national common brands like Sam Adams or Heineken. They did have Tioga Sequoia Half Dome and Luponic Distortion which counts. But the service was top notch for a Wednesday. Manager came and gave us a free sample of a scorpion rum wing and omg I like hot but damn lol took two waters to kill that flame, but thats not a knock on them since theyre not afraid to give you really hot wings. I was impressed and theres so many TVs I was able to watch both the SF Giants game ans Anaheim Ducks game. I was highly impressed and recommend to anyone wanting wings and a game.

I dont hate it but I was disappointed today, I am not a person to complain about my food but this time it was not good. There were several LARGE feathers in our wings. They were surprised and replaced it with a new batch. The new batch was only 2 of the 4 flavors ordered. They assured us they adjusted our bill for the mishap and the time taken. Brought the remaining 2 flavors out with our bill that was full price! Considering I was late for an appointment I didnt have the extra time to complain about not being compensated. Not a way to make a customer feel good about a bad sisituation.

This was my first time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings and I decided to order online. I made the order for a 6:20 p.m. pickup but when I got there they couldnt find my order in the computer system at all. Fortunately I took a picture of my order confirmation to show them just in case anything was missing and/or the order wasnt right. I sat there and waited for about 20 minutes until a manager came along. The best the manager could do for me was to make a new order at that moment in time. I was very disappointed.

Love the food. Cant never get my order right tho. Always missing something. Also dont get why there is always so many servers on the floor doing nothing. Or talking on the corner somewhere. Yesturday there was 8 people greeting u by the front desk. They forgot to put the sauce on my wrap took them 25 min to bring it back. My kids where ready to go by the time i got my food. Our server never came back to refill our drinks had to go order my own beer from the bar. I hope they get better i really like the wraps.

I went during rush hour on tuesday, when the traditional wings are half off. Was with a group of 4. We were in a line behind 2 families but we got a table pretty quickly. The waiters were very friendly and checked on us regularly. The food took a little while, but I blame the pure amount of people that were in there. It wasnt a very long wait, so I was fine with it. Food tasted great. All around I was satisfied.

The wings are horrible, it looks like they lathered the wings with sauce and served them because my wings were cold, I think the building is too small and its too conjested, every two minutes the waitress ask if everything is ok and when you say no and ask for something they apologize and walk off never to return, Ill stick with the fresno state location!

Extremly clean & friendly! I have been to many BWW but have never had great service like how we had this time also they accomodate to everyone in the restaurant, they played various music genres one of them being regional Mexican. Will definetely be back! Our server Toni was amazing; Thank you for your wonderful service! ☺️

Horrible place to go due to no one helping me out. I went there today to get some lunch & I walked in , it was hardly busy. So I thought someone would help me out but no I waited for like 30mins & just left. & from the reviews Im seeing there customer service sucks! Recommend everyone to just go to the one on shaw & 168.

Im a regular customer at the Fresno/ west Shaw location. Never rated a restaurant before. But your hostess Ariel (sp) is awesome. Me, my son and his fiancé, go once a week. Have a few complaints, but not looking to complain. But when I see someone going over and above her job, I have to say something. Jeffrey.

This location has only been open a short time but temhe service gets worse each time. Had high hopes, was tired of driving across town. But when you servers cant hit basic service step, they cant get the order right and than they forgot to take off the wrong order. At least at Wingstop the service is good.
