9/1/14 We stopped for food and supplies in Reno on our way to Burning Man, and decided to get a final bite to eat before the second leg of our drive. I really wanted a veggie burger, but since Jack In The Box doesnt have this on the menu, I asked for their monster taco. Im always happy to settle for a taco, even when Im craving something else. The man working suggested a couple other "healthy" menu choices and salads, but I ordered two of the over-sized tacos instead. Over-sized, and under-cooked. I had extra lettuce on mine, but unfortunately the cheese wasnt even completely warm on the inside. The food wasnt great, but I liked the friendly guy working at the counter. Interestingly, this location doesnt carry the ghost pepper hot sauce that they have at the Walnut Creek, CA location. Just the regular taco sauce packets, which is in no way a hot sauce. Sort of boring.

I went through the drive through and it was sooo slow... Omg. Most of our food was cold... I think because it took so long some of it got cold. It must have taken over 20 minutes with only 3-4 cars ahead of us. They also didnt get our order right... straight fries instead of curly, bacon only instead of half sausage in the scramble, no salsa with the fajita... plus they didnt give us any napkins.

Service? What service? When I went there the food sucked,and when I gave it another chance,it was worse. Dont order the tacos,or youll be sorry. They sandbag the burgers,and when you complain,they do NOTHING... Jack should stay in the box,tied up,and thrown into the Truckee river,but that would be too crule for the fish! So,if you want a good meal from there,I suggest the dumpster in the back!!!!

There was one car in front of me had to drive home and I still waited 15 minutes to get to tacos and an order of Mini Churros. And this happens just about every time I go to this place. They are just disorganized and very very slow. I would go to the one on North McCarran just up 7th Street instead and save yourself some time and grief and gray hair

Poor wifi. I have been here 3 times.The first 2 times I could connect to wifi, but it took a long time to connect. The 3rd time I couldnt connect and the manager and a staff couldnt help. I do like the coffee and food but I wont be coming back. Having poor wifi is like having poor food, why come back when there is so much competition close by?

Worst service from someone in the service industry I had in a long time. They were rushing us through ordering. They gave us numbers, but instead of calling them out, they shouted the orders, which made me grab the one before mine. They kept repeating "want sauce with that?", like I was bothering them. Food was good as expected.

Slowest service ever, seriously have been sitting at the window for what seems to be a half hour but probably is more along the lines of approximately 15 minutes just for one single meal. Holy cow (wussah) Im taking a deep breath. The time is 6:27pm April 23 2017.

This place is full of the most special people ever. They have yet to get my orders right, even a drunken fool cant stand their food. How hard is it to understand the order, no cheese, or no tomatoes? Literally dumbest folks on earth, maybe speak English!!

Me and friend got food poisoning from this place on 7/19/2010 So If vomiting up your cheap food is what you want this is the place! If not I would go to the one in sparks on McCarren...or better yet make your own food.
