Update: I recently had a horrible experience at another Taco Bell, but luckily there was a kind hearted individual named Lucio, who in fact was recently promoted to Manager. I do not know him personally or professionally. Our acquaintance ended when it started with a simple fix. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his day to replace my horribly made order even though it could potentially mess up their own inventory. Thank you Lucio! You made my night for fixing my order.

At night its just a bunch of Spanish speaking ladies gossiping about customers orders, manners, and heard a whole convo about another Co worker. Its amusing honestly but if someone who got offended easily understood them it would be another issue. Surprised our order was correct to be honest with how much crap they were saying about the order.

Bathroom dirty, smelled of urine,just unsanitary. Employees no smiles. Just called number did not look at you . It was like i was not there. Soda dispensers not working properly. Leaking trough the sides. On Pepsi lacked syrup carbon was there. Needed calibration. Tacos were good fresh. Sorry .
