Ive gone to this franchise for years now and even though they put up the sign "under new management," this place continues to worsen. The quality is dropping, the price is rising, I cant even go there anymore without having them mess up more order consistently. They try to penny pinch in every way they can. The other day I ordered a pollo bowl and a 2 piece combo in the to go line and the pollo bowl had three thumbnail size chunks of chicken and the two piece combo had nothing more than one wing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment. It makes me upset because it is one of my favorite places to eat and its so close to work but I guess Ill just have to go to in and out more often now.

I saw a sign "under new management" and decided to try, once again, El Pollo Loco. In the past, at this particular restaurant, the chicken was measly and dry. I visited at 4 pm on Sunday, May 21. I ordered two thighs and some beans. The thighs were fantastic. Very large, juicy and tender. Came by today, Sat, May 27 for more. Ordered 3 thighs and beans. The thighs were very small, dry and salty. One piece was like shoe leather. Thought I had found a good chicken place again. Nope. Have to drive to Kentucky Colonel .

The staff at El pollo loco is absolutely lovely and the food taste very authentic. Fast service may be their strongest attribute as I always receive my food on time even if there are lots of people.

I had the Chicken, broccoli, and Salad. The sale had no dressing and tasted like I just picked some leaves in my backyard; the broccoli was steamed and nothing else...tasteless.
