I went there for my first time with my kids , the cookies and ice cream were great not to mention the flavors ,, one of the girls just stood there not so friendly and lazy , until the little one w the blonde short hair and pink shirt came to the rescue ,,,,she saved the experience with her bright smile and attentiveness ...you can tell she loves her job and have good work ethics , I couldnt help but to tip her personally, she place it in the communal jard , if you ask me everyone should get their own tips , i could care less about lazy workers ....even if the food is great , good job little one !!!

Poor quality cookies; nice staff. If youre looking for just something sweet, the items here work. However if youre big on taste, good flavor and quality, this is not the place. Unfortunately the cookies do not have a good flavor and the ice cream is just ok. I tried multiple types of cookies, in hopes that my opinion would change...it did not. Ive been to other places where both the ice cream and cookies are truly tasty. I gave one star for the delightful staff and cute layout of the shop.

We love this place! Fresh cookies, Thrifty ice cream, $1 off on Tuesdays. You pick the ice cream, you pick the cookies (yes you can mix or match), and have it inside a cup for all around under $3 on Tuesdays. They have a tip jar either for girls or boys, kind of cute. Yes, we put a couple dollars into the girls jar. Theres also a soda fridge there, carrying some not your usual sodas. This place though is a chain only in Nevada, I look forward to coming here again with its friendly staff.

We have been trying different ice cream spots for the last 6 months. This is our FAVORITE so far!!!! The blonde girl at the counter is super nice and friendly, they are open late, ice cream sandwiches are delicious and great price!

I very like this place. Simply do the job. You pay for what you only want, and it s not too expensive. $4 for the sandwich on my picture. The place is clean, open late, and employee friendly. Definitely recommend!
