My girlfriend and I are here to gamble and wanted to pick up coffee. They close at 10 on Wednesdays (one of our days off.) We walk up at about 9:55PM. As soon as we get to the front he says to us "Im done and all I have is coffee"... We said "okay, thats fine." We then promptly leave. Were upset and writing a review without even experiencing this starbucks because he predetermined we would get something else rather than coffee. He didnt greet us with a hello or say anything else. All this "heavyset caucasian male barista with glasses" did was judge us because we are young and he thought we we were going to get frappuccinos or something else he just didnt want to make. What a terrible way to lose a customer youve never even had. Im upset because i know its impossible for him to not have anything else when he should have frappuccino roast to make frappuccinos and should have iced coffee and at least one espresso machine on until the point of closing. How do I know? Im currently a barista of 5 years at Starbucks. He lied and told me "I got nothing else." Youre right. With that attitude and customer service youll be soon out of a job. Youre lucky I didnt tell you off.

Worst Starbucks! I wanted to order the Coconut Macchiato, but the guy taking the order acted like he didnt know what I was talking about so I ordered something else because I didnt want them to screw up my drink. Since its the holiday season I ordered a Peppermint Mocha. As they are making it they tell me Im lucky because my drink is the last one they can make because they are out of what they need to make more drinks like the one I ordered. Anyway, I get the drink, which is a Venti, and it doesnt taste like any coffee is in it. I asked them if they put coffee in it and the response was not confident.... At this point, I no longer care and just dont want to waste my time with this place. I wont ever get coffee from this location again.

I wanted a coconut maccioto coffee and they said they were out of the mix to make it. This its probably a low volume location and they still didnt have it? Ended up ordering a caramel coffee that didnt even taste like it had caramel in it.

The WORST Starbucks EVER. Always extremely slow. Not enough people to handle the customers. Saw few people in front of me in line left and screaming and upset. Sad front face for Starbucks.
